Please tell us more about you.

I am based in Florida and have been actively working as a health coach for several years. Alongside my clinical background, with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University, I worked for a few years in family practice and OB/GYN but felt that I wasn't able to serve my community to the fullest extent. I started to become disenfranchised with healthcare as a whole, seeing that many recommendations were dictated by pharmaceutical and insurance companies. This led me to delve into the world of holistic health and nutrition. I am also a certified yoga instructor and certified in regression therapy and NLP techniques, which is a passion of mine. Additionally, I work as an assisted stretch practitioner in Palm Bay, Florida, helping clients increase their mobility and flexibility.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

A pivotal moment in my career was deciding to leave the traditional healthcare system in 2018 and pursue entrepreneurship as a clinical health coach. It was a significant transition, especially growing a business during the pandemic, but seeing the remarkable results my clients achieved reinforced my faith and commitment to this path. This decision was driven by my realization that many chronic health issues could be reversed by addressing root causes, such as emotional trauma, limiting beliefs, and physical toxins like heavy metals, mold, and parasites.

What drives/inspires you?

What drives me is being of service and the fulfillment I get from helping others. Seeing my clients win and improve their health, especially after feeling defeated by trying many other methods, is incredibly rewarding. Additionally, my love for nature, yoga, and paddleboarding keeps me grounded and motivated to live a healthy lifestyle, which I strive to impart to my clients.

What is your motto?

My motto used to be "It is what it is," but now it's "It is what I make it to be."

Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

There isn't one single person who inspires me the most, but rather a combination of many who have come before me. Notable inspirations include Bob Proctor, Neville Goddard, Eckhart Tolle, and Abraham Hicks.

How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?

I prioritize self-care by engaging in hot yoga, massage, chiropractic care, and spending time in nature. It's essential to disconnect from technology and be outdoors to relax the nervous system and promote overall well-being. In our modern society, many people struggle to find time to be outside and are constantly inundated with Wi-Fi and EMF frequencies, leading to increased stress and anxiety. Spending time outdoors daily is non-negotiable for me.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years from now?

In 10 years, I see myself continuing to do what I love—helping individuals achieve their health goals. I am beginning to do more traveling and speaking engagements across the country, and I foresee doing more of this to expand my reach and help even more people. I aim to continue learning and growing in my field, especially in the realms of fitness, lymphatic detox, nutrition, and nutraceutical enhancement.

What key advice do you have for achieving success?

Success comes from small, consistent steps taken every day. Whether it's physical exercise, mental self-improvement, or personal development, the key is to incorporate these habits into your lifestyle and stay committed. While we know it can be a challenge, especially with the busyness of life, consistency is crucial.

Are there additional qualities that contribute to success?

Being coachable and solution-oriented are crucial qualities. Negative self-talk can be a significant hindrance, so it's important to cultivate a positive mindset and be willing to evolve and take advice when needed. It's also essential to not give up, even when things get tough. Complacency can lead to negativity, so maintaining a winning mentality and being open to change are vital for success.

What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

My business name is Nalita Devi, the Innate Health Coach. I help clients through personalized health coaching that includes nutraceutical detox programs, nutritional counseling, and NLP techniques to address emotional and physical health issues comprehensively rather than seeking out individual healthcare practitioners.

What inspired you to create your company?

My inspiration came from my desire to provide a holistic approach to health that addresses both physical and emotional root causes. I wanted to offer a solution that goes beyond conventional medicine and helps people achieve lasting wellness without relying indefinitely on pharmaceutical meds.

What specific goals/vision do you aim to achieve?

My vision is to see my clients achieve their ultimate health goals within a 90-day timeline, improving their mental, physical, and emotional well-being simultaneously so that it's more effective. I aim to reach as many people as possible and assist them in detoxing from emotional and physical toxicity.

What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

I primarily target women who feel like they're on a hamster wheel—balancing many different obstacles in life and struggling to carve out time for self-care. These women often feel fatigued, stressed, and are often experiencing chronic health illnesses and autoimmune diseases. They may have tried many methods, including prescription medications, meditation, and various diets, but haven't been able to achieve lasting results. Meeting with me remotely is convenient for them and allows for a customized approach to addressing their health concerns.

What services or products does your company offer?

I offer assisted stretching sessions, clinical health consulting, nutraceutical detox support, and regression therapy. My programs are designed to be comprehensive and personalized to meet each client's unique needs, whether they see me in my office in the Palm Bay area or remotely online.

How do they address the needs of your target audience?

Our sessions are conducted virtually, allowing clients the convenience and privacy of their own homes. We tailor our programs to address each client's specific health concerns, ensuring they receive the most effective support. Much like an initial clinical practice visit, we start with a consultation appointment to delve into their health history and pinpoint key areas of concern. I also utilize genetic testing to provide a comprehensive starting point, which, along with their health intake form, helps us implement specific strategies and detox protocols to reverse chronic health issues.

What are the criteria for a client to work with you?

The main criteria are being coachable and open to implementing recommendations. Clients should be willing to make necessary changes and committed to their health journey. Many of my clients have already tried various treatments, including prescription meds, yoga, weight loss plans, or diets, and therapy without success and are ready to invest in a customized holistic approach.

What sets your company apart from other services in the industry?

What sets my company apart is the combination of clinical health knowledge and supplements with mental health techniques like NLP and regression therapy. This holistic approach ensures that clients receive comprehensive care that addresses both physical and emotional health.

Could you share some success stories from your clients?

Yes, many of my clients have experienced remarkable transformations within their 90-day program. For example, one client was able to manage her diabetes better and improve her overall health significantly. Another client saw significant improvements in her spine health through a combination of treatments and detox protocols. These success stories highlight the effectiveness of our programs. If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

If I could change one thing about the healthcare industry, it would be regulating the influence of pharmaceutical companies. The industry's current model relies heavily on medication, often overlooking the root causes of health issues. A shift towards holistic approaches and preventative care would greatly benefit public health.
