We instinctively feel that a mess is unhealthy. We feel that a clean, organized space is healthier.

It is very much the same with our mind.

When was the last time you took the time to analyze your own thoughts?

Have you found out what works best for you?

Can you remove negative thoughts and inner criticism from your mind, and effectively replace these with positive thoughts that evoke joy and enable success?

This way you will build the confidence and motivation you need to achieve your goals. Clearing your mind is one of the greatest challenges in our lives.

No matter how wonderful your life is outside, when your mind is cluttered with negative thoughts, you start to judge yourself negatively and negative consequences ensue.

I know many people who attend my lectures, and despite their financial wealth, a great career and a loving family, they are internally sad and unhappy. Much depends on the way you think.

So, take a moment now and think about what you are going to say to yourself. Memories you have created and still recreate in your mind, beliefs about other people.

Stop!

Positive thoughts will lift you up. They will make you think positively and lovingly about the world around you. This will ensure you rid yourself of anger and jealousy. Remember, your thoughts determine your reality. To become a better person, you have to first think better. This is the first and most important step to change. Your attitude is the key to creating the life you want. If you find yourself complaining about your life, then start expressing your gratitude for what you have, and it will distract you from complaining.

Reflective contemplation counteracts the body's stress response by triggering a relaxation response ‒ a well-researched physiological change that can help lower blood pressure, heart rate, adrenaline, and even levels of the stress hormone, cortisol. Research has shown that the relaxation response changes the brain in a way that increases positive emotions and reduces negative emotions such as fear and anger. Basic science research form Harvard University even suggests that the relaxation response may turn on genes that affect energy in every cell in the body. You can achieve contemplation by sitting quietly, closing your eyes and focusing intently on your breathing.

If you like, say a word like "peace" every time you exhale. When thoughts come to mind, choose to come back to them later focusing only on clearing your mind and repeating your meditative focus word.

How can we create and maintain peace within ourselves?

"Peace” is not without conflict. When you radiate peace and joy to all people, the world around you is also made peaceful.

Remember ‒ you create peace by being peace.

Stop complaining and start being grateful ... you can!

Give up pessimism and become optimistic ... you can!

Don't be stubborn and learn to forgive ... you can!

Replace anger with patience ... you can!

Replace sadness with joy from small things ... can you? Just try!

Learn to Think Positive. However, you should also be prudent. Most people today try very hard to be positive. While positive thinking is good, there is something missing. That something is the lack of reference to reality, because reality is made up of positive and negative aspects. People who only think positively live in a surreal dream world and don't notice the real world!

Positive thinking should correlate with both rational existence and your soul.

Bad experiences make sense if we understand them well, and then we will develop spiritually and emotionally and be happier.

There are no penalties and rewards in life, there are only consequences.

Don't be a lecture, just an example to others. The more you work on yourself, the less you succumb to the emotional swing.

You begin to understand that what is happening around you is not important, but how you react to it.

When you are calmer, people around you automatically become calmer also.

Now let's do an exercise like this:

Write down what you feel when you are calm and full of love.

How does being calm affect your whole way of life, your every day?

Now, write who when or what makes you feel joyful and calm in life?
