In my 15 years of service, I learned that your daily practices have an extraordinary impact on your lifestyle. In other words, success is in your routine. Eliminating inches around your waist or improving your mental focus requires you to regularly perform action steps of excellence.
Most often, individuals who struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle genuinely don't know what to do, which leads to undirected behavior. However, when you connect with a coach invested in your results, you can accomplish levels of greatness you never knew even existed.

In 1958, the Green Bay Packer football team lost 10 out of 12 games and was beyond frustrated. Nevertheless, when the great Vince Lombardi took over as head coach in 1959, he addressed the players at spring training camp, ensuring they had championship potential.
Lombardi said, "Gentlemen, we are going to have a great football team. We are going to win games." He accelerated their daily practices to a new level by teaching them to block, run, and tackle more efficiently. Consequently, they won seven games that year, a division title the following year, and a world championship in the third year.
You might not be playing for the super bowl, but like how the Green Bay Packers overcame their obstacles on the field, you can do the same with your Lifestyle. A fresh place to start is by adopting new daily practices. Here are six that will give you the motivation to take action now!
Self-management
Whether you're a busy mother of three or the leader of a large corporate business with a hectic schedule, stay consistent with your workouts. Making time to exercise a priority gives you energy for your work and family. Learn to organize and execute around your health. Please fill out a time diary and find out how you spend it each day. Document what activities (binge-watching Netflix during break time) might not be congruent with your goals and replace them with ones that are!
Kaizen growth mindset
Kaizen is a Japanese proverb meaning "Be a little better today than you were yesterday." Too much activity leads to burnout. Set small 5 min daily practices that move you in the direction of your goals. When you begin with a tiny step, the results become mighty.
Principles over methods
Methods are many, but principles are few. Methods may change, but principles never do. Avoid fad diets and get fit quick schemes. Eating nutritious meals, regular exercise, and normal sleep is necessary for a strong body.
Keep your kitchen green
Use a "traffic light system" to convert your kitchen into an environment that supports your goals. "Greenlight" foods such as lean meat, fruit, vegetables, nuts, and seeds make you feel mentally and physically strong. "Yellow light" foods you can occasionally eat without feeling sick. "Red light" foods lower your energy levels and should be eaten rarely to none at all.
Contagious enthusiasm
Most of your positive emotion comes from continually setting goals for yourself and being happy for others when they accomplish theirs. Like the archer who aims above his target, keep striving for the next level of success!
Be coachable
Ryan Holiday, the author of ego is enemy, said it best. "If you are convinced that you know everything, then in some respect you're right because you won't learn anything else. Keep an open mind."
All of us are at different levels with our lifestyles. Please be proud of where you are today. The most crucial detail I want you to leave with is that self-improvement is an ongoing process that blesses you with benefits. As you develop your daily practices, keep an open mind and accept wisdom from people who have the energy and experience to help you. Keep pushing and count your blessings daily!
