Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

I have been an independent entrepreneur since 2003, and my journey has been incredibly rewarding.

My passion lies in helping organizations grow by boosting their IT productivity, particularly in Microsoft Office products.

Outside of work, I find balance through daily yoga and meditation, which allows me to better serve my customers and maintain a focus on personal growth.

Can you provide an overview of the mission and vision behind Change-iT? What inspired you to start this venture?

Change-iT aims to empower individuals and organizations by enhancing their productivity through Microsoft Office training.

We believe that by equipping people with the necessary skills, they can achieve their goals, boost self-confidence, and become the best versions of themselves.

Our inspiration stems from a desire to make a meaningful impact in the IT productivity space, helping others thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Since its inception, Change-iT has experienced remarkable growth. As a company, we are focused on collaboration, underpinned by core values like authenticity and respect.

How does Change-iT differentiate itself from other services aimed at personal and professional development?

What sets Change-iT apart is our holistic approach to training. While we specialize in Microsoft Office products, our focus extends beyond technical skills to enhancing productivity and boosting self-confidence.

We offer a range of training solutions, from classroom sessions to webinars, catering to diverse learning preferences and schedules. Our process involves understanding the specific needs of individuals or organizations, customizing training programs accordingly, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and growth.

Change-iT advocates for a hybrid work culture, collaborating exclusively with freelancers. This approach, which aligns with modern vision and younger generation needs, offers flexibility and freedom, essential for motivation and commitment.

We are committed to sustainable IT practices. This includes promoting efficient data management, using virtualization, encouraging collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, and minimizing our carbon footprint.

What metrics or indicators do you use to measure the impact on users' personal and professional growth?

At Change-iT, we prioritize the outcomes and experiences of our users.

We measure impact through various metrics, including feedback from participants and customers, productivity improvements, interactive quizzes to assess knowledge before and after a training, and testimonials showcasing individual growth and success stories.

These insights enable us to continually refine our approach and ensure that we are delivering meaningful results for our clients.

In what ways do you ensure the quality and relevance of the content and resources provided by Change-iT? How do you curate and update offerings?

Quality and relevance are paramount to us at Change-iT.

We continuously curate and update our content to reflect the latest advancements in Microsoft Office products and productivity strategies.

Our team of experts remains vigilant in staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver innovative training solutions.

As for future developments, we are committed to expanding our offerings and enhancing accessibility, with a focus on leveraging technology to reach a wider audience and address evolving needs in the market.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far. If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

One of my proudest achievements with Change-iT has been fostering a culture of growth and collaboration, particularly in a male-dominated industry.

Our commitment to authenticity and respect has not only fueled our professional success but also empowered individuals to thrive in IT.

If I could change one thing about the industry, it would be to promote greater diversity and inclusion, ensuring that everyone has equal opportunities to contribute and succeed.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today?

A pivotal moment for me was recognizing the transformative power of IT in businesses and individuals' lives. It fueled my passion for helping others harness the full potential of technology to drive growth and innovation.

This realization inspired the inception of Change-iT and continues to guide our journey towards making a positive impact in the world of IT productivity.

As pioneers in technological training, we aim to be the most knowledgeable and dependable international partner. Our focus is on innovation through advanced e-learning, continual improvement, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
