Inside the Vision and Work of Poonam Mandalia, The Jaguar Shaman
Poonam Mandalia is a visionary Life Coach, Teacher, and Artist, internationally renowned as The Jaguar Shaman for her mastery in advanced Shamanism. She works one-to-one with coaches, high-impact individuals, thought leaders, and entrepreneurs to expand, optimise, and magnetise their auric field. Blending shamanic mediumship and light frequency energetics with life coaching, she facilitates high-level life transformation.
Her clients learn to elevate their frequencies from the fifth to the twelfth and thirteenth-dimensional fields, working on their relationship with Self and every other aspect of life. Together, they co-create new realities and engage with source intelligence to manifest authentically. Clients often work through deep-rooted issues carried through their bloodline, enabling them to rewrite their life story.
Known internationally as The Jaguar Shaman, Poonam Mandalia’s path has been shaped by visions, deep spiritual training, and a commitment to guiding others into authentic living. Her awakening began during a sound journey in which she encountered the Ancient Egyptian Lioness Goddess Sekhmet and her spirit animal, the Black Jaguar. This experience opened a portal of consciousness and sparked a rapid expansion of her meditation practice, alongside vivid past-life visions.
Her training spans nearly two decades and includes qualifications as a Reiki Master, Shamanic Initiate, Tantrician, Womb Yoga Therapist, Ashtanga Yoga Instructor, Sekhem Healer, and Intuitive Channeller.

1. Foundation before aesthetics
The biggest mistake I see new coaches make, financial or otherwise, is obsessing over logos and websites before proving their offer. Start by solving real problems for real people. Get clear on who you help, what result you deliver, and why it matters. From there, test your message, refine your process, and get client results. Only then should you worry about branding. A great coaching business isn’t built on aesthetics; it’s built on trust, outcomes, and clarity.
