Kiara Pooja Chandru, Founder and CEO of Glow By Kiara, is a Singapore-based entrepreneur building a luxury self-care brand centred around beauty tools and guided rituals. In a world dominated by fast beauty trends and product overload, she is pioneering a more intentional approach one rooted in discipline, consistency, and self-mastery.

Glow By Kiara is a luxury self-care brand built around beauty tools and guided self-care rituals, designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and build your glow from within. Their ritual-led self-care experience, is designed to help individuals build confidence, presence, and inner alignment through daily beauty rituals.

For Kiara, beauty is not about trends or surface-level perfection. It is a daily practice and an internal standard that reflects in how a woman shows up in the world. Glow is not something you apply it is something you build.

Her philosophy was shaped by her own journey through insecurity, acne, and societal beauty standards that often equated beauty with genetics. Over time, she realized that true transformation came not from products, but from consistent habits and intentional routines. This belief became the foundation of Glow By Kiara, a brand that shifts the focus from consuming more to practicing better.

What inspired you to create Glow By Kiara, and what does “glow” represent beyond beauty?

Glow By Kiara was created from the belief that true glow is built through daily self-care rituals, not products alone. I wanted to create a luxury self-care brand using beauty tools and guided rituals to help individuals slow down and become more intentional with how they care for themselves. To me, glow represents confidence, discipline, and self-respect.

“Glow is built through how you show up for yourself daily, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.”

How are you redefining self-care beyond trends?

Self-care today is often positioned as indulgence, but I see it as a daily non-negotiable practice. At Glow By Kiara, we focus on ritual-based self-care routines that are simple, structured, and consistent. It’s not about doing more, it’s about doing things with intention.

“Self-care is not occasional. It’s a standard you live by.”

What role does discipline play in achieving a natural glow?

Discipline is the foundation of everything. You can have access to the best tools, but without a consistent self-care routine, nothing lasts. That’s why we emphasize daily rituals using the right beauty practices that become part of your lifestyle. When self-care becomes a habit, that’s when you start to see real transformation, not just in your appearance, but in your confidence.

What are common mistakes people make in their self-care routines?

One of the biggest mistakes is inconsistency and constantly chasing trends. People think they need more products, when in reality, they need a structured ritual. At Glow By Kiara, we focus on simplifying self-care through our guided rituals and intentional beauty tools. It’s about building something sustainable, not temporary.

What sets Glow By Kiara apart from other beauty brands?

We are not just selling products, we are creating a self-care philosophy. Glow By Kiara combines luxury beauty tools with guided rituals, helping individuals build a deeper connection with themselves through daily practices. It’s not about surface-level beauty. It’s about self-mastery, presence, and consistency.

“Beauty may fade, but your presence is remembered, an idea inspired by the timeless beauty rituals of Cleopatra, where true radiance was cultivated through consistent self-care, intention, and inner power, the very philosophy behind Glow By Kiara.”

How do self-care rituals impact confidence?

When you commit to yourself daily, it changes how you see yourself. Rituals create structure, discipline, and emotional stability, which naturally builds confidence. When you feel aligned internally, it reflects externally in your energy, your presence, and your glow.

What is your vision for Glow By Kiara?

My vision is for Glow By Kiara to become a global luxury self-care brand known for ritual-based beauty experiences. I want to shift the narrative from quick fixes to intentional living, where individuals prioritize daily rituals that support long-term confidence and self-connection.

How should someone incorporate Glow By Kiara into their daily routine?

Our products are designed to fit seamlessly into AM and PM self-care rituals. The focus is on guided routines using beauty tools, not complexity. When used consistently, these rituals help create a sense of calm, structure, and long-term results. It’s about creating a routine that feels intentional because that’s what creates real transformation.

Where should someone start if they are new to Glow By Kiara?

Start simple. Create a space, set an intention, and begin with a few essential tools like our Facial Massager, which helps reduce puffiness, and our Jade Crystal Mask, which is meant to provide a soothing and relaxing touch to reduce stress and calm the nervous system.

From there, follow our guided ritual approach, which helps you build a consistent and sustainable self-care routine. For those looking to begin their journey, exploring our curated rituals on our website is the ideal first step to building a sustainable self-care practice.
