Errin Anderson, ADHD Clarity Coach

Your coaching journey was deeply personal. Can you share how your experiences shaped your decision to become a coach?

Absolutely. My journey was one of self-discovery, challenges, and, ultimately, empowerment. Facing ADHD head-on in my professional life highlighted the need for specialised support — a guiding hand that understood me and could help me navigate life.

Despite achieving my goals of going to university and working in a sector I love, I found myself grappling with focus and self-esteem, common hurdles for many with ADHD. Traditional methods offered some relief, but a significant gap remained. The turning point was recognising that my challenges could serve as a foundation for helping others.

This realisation was not immediate. My coach helped me understand myself and focus on where I wanted to be in the future, which all led to me completing my International Accredited Life Coaching Master qualification and working towards my NLP Master. All of which have been incredible journeys of personal and professional development.

How has your coaching practice evolved since its inception?

Since the beginning, my practice has been a testament to the transformative power of empathy, understanding, and targeted strategies. The journey from completing my coaching qualifications to now has not only developed me as a person but has also allowed me to witness the incredible transformations of my clients. It's been both amazing and inspiring.

Coaching has been calling me for years, but I never knew until lately; I'm so grateful I listened to that call and took the first step. Developing my business and working directly with clients to help them reach their potential has been one of my most rewarding experiences. Each client's breakthrough and success story reinforces my belief in the power of personalised coaching.

What makes your approach to ADHD coaching resonate so strongly with your clients?

My approach is rooted in personal empathy and practical strategy. Having navigated the challenges of ADHD myself, I offer more than just coaching; I offer a partnership in transformation. This personal connection, combined with my professional training in life coaching and NLP, enables me to tailor strategies that address the unique needs of individuals with ADHD, fostering a path to success as unique as the individuals themselves.

The connection comes from a place of genuine understanding and shared experiences. It's about turning perceived liabilities into assets, using ADHD not as a barrier but as a springboard for innovative thinking and professional growth.

Looking ahead, what are your aspirations for your coaching practice?

My vision is to continue expanding the reach and depth of my coaching practice, empowering more individuals with ADHD to redefine professional success on their terms. The journey has been incredible, and seeing the transformation in my clients fuels my passion for this work.

I'm committed to continually developing my skills and understanding, ensuring my coaching remains at the forefront. The goal is to create a space where individuals with ADHD feel seen, understood, and empowered to achieve their fullest potential.
