Kristy "Ceilidh" Suler, Sex, Relationship, and Birthing Coach

Who is Kristy “Ceilidh” Suler?

I’m Kristy “Ceilidh” Suler, mystic, way-shower, single parent, dancer, singer, and founder of Heartgasm Coaching. My chosen name, Ceilidh (pronounced KAY-lee), is a Celtic word meaning a gathering of song, dance, and storytelling. It reflects the joy and connection I want to bring into the world, as well as the way I’ve always lived my life.

My life has been shaped by prophetic visions, synchronicities, and love. At 14, I had my first prophetic dream, I was skiing down a mountain as fast as I could until I suddenly found myself lying flat on my back, staring up at the pine trees on my left and the night sky above them. The scene played out in such precise detail that when it happened the very next day, I knew in my bones that something far greater was at play. That dream opened my mind to the mysteries of time, consciousness, and the unseen dimensions guiding our lives.

Years later, on a warm summer night under the strawberry moon, I felt an urge to walk outside and lie in the grass. As I did, Mother Earth opened my heart chakra, sending waves of ecstasy and love through my chest, and my first Heartgasm was born. I felt her unconditional love moving through me, and it was more than an energetic orgasm, it was a living reminder that love is not just an idea but a frequency we can experience, and that pleasure itself is a pathway to healing and wholeness.

A Heartgasm wasn’t the only gift that Mother Earth gave me that night, she also spoke to me telepathically in a silent language of emotion, images, and love. A few weeks later, I received a similar message from a tree that simply said “thank you” through pure energy. Around this time, I also discovered Ankhing, the practice of breathing and looping orgasmic life-force energy from root to crown and back in an infinite circuit of bliss.

Although I hadn’t formally studied Tantra at the time, I later learned that these experiences, Heartgasms, Third Eyegasms, and Ankhing, mirror Tantric practices of circulating life-force energy through the chakras for healing, awakening, and bliss. These experiences, paired with training in sex & relationship coaching and birth coaching, have become the foundation of my work guiding others into intimacy, sovereignty, and ecstasy.

At home, I start each day by singing songs of gratitude, empowerment, and sovereignty from my Spotify playlist, Gratitude & Manifestation, making the most of the superb acoustics in my shower. If I’m not hard at work, I’m hard at play. You’ll often find me reading a book, drumming, playing with my son, or dancing barefoot with him in our yard. Every night, instead of traditional lullabies, I sing him songs of empowerment and sovereignty, weaving intention into our bedtime ritual before we listen to our nightly guided meditation.

I’m also writing my upcoming book, Heartgasms: Sacred Sex, Prophetic Dreams, & the Frequency of Love. It’s a memoir-meets-manual exploring my journey through prophetic dreams, energy orgasms, and the healing power of love, weaving science, spirit, and sexuality into a roadmap for awakening. Each chapter includes integration practices and reflections to support readers on their own spiritual journey.

As a genderqueer, pansexual, and neurodivergent coach with lived experience of C-PTSD, I bring deep empathy and inclusivity to my work. My coaching is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-informed, welcoming individuals, couples, polycules, and pregnant people. At its core, my mission is simple, to help people remember their divinity through pleasure, because when we open to ecstasy, we don’t just transform our own lives, we help anchor a more loving world. As the artist Lukis Mac sings, “Love Is My Mission.”

What inspired you to create Heartgasm Coaching?

Heartgasm Coaching was born out of a simple but radical realization, pleasure is medicine. My journey began not in a classroom, but in moments of direct experience with energy and love. One of the most pivotal moments came through a prophetic dream I had of the New Earth, a world where Christ consciousness isn’t just an idea but a living frequency felt by every being. In that dream, I saw all living beings thriving in peace, pleasure, and connection. That dream showed me that it’s possible for us to live in harmony with nature, and that the way forward is by living in our heart, a truth echoed and expanded upon in Drunvalo Melchizedek’s Living in the Heart.

Watching The Business of Being Born later led me to research becoming a midwife or doula, but everything I read just didn’t feel like the right fit for my career. Several years later, when I watched Sex, Love & Goop, I felt major goosebumps seeing Miss Jaiya’s partner pleasure her energetically, something I had already experienced in my own life but had never seen demonstrated on screen. Through Miss Jaiya’s Erotic Blueprints® quiz, a married couple discovered that the husband could also experience pleasure energetically, and seeing him enjoy energetic play for the first time moved me to tears of joy.

In that moment, I knew that if she could build a successful business helping people explore the many ways to experience intimacy, I could too. Around the same time, I stumbled upon Dancing for Birth™ and thought, What if I do both? What if I bring sex and relationship coaching together with birth coaching? That thought immediately lit me up with excitement, a clear sign from my Higher Self to explore how I could make it reality.

These experiences planted the seed of a deeper truth, intimacy, pleasure, and birth are not separate, they are branches of the same tree. I felt called to share this truth, not as dogma but as lived experience, and to create a space where people could reclaim pleasure as a source of empowerment and self-discovery.

To give my calling structure, I trained in Somatica® intimacy coaching, Orgasmic Birth, and Dancing for Birth™. Combining those methods with my background in psychology, human rights, world religions, and peace studies, I created Heartgasm Coaching to teach clients practical tools like breathwork, manifestation, and meditation so they can live more abundant, connected, and blissful lives.

For me, it all comes back to helping people understand the connection between all things. As the Hermetic principle states, “As above, so below. As within, so without. As the universe, so the soul.”

Who is your ideal client, and what transformation do you help them achieve?

My ideal clients are seekers, people who know deep in their hearts that intimacy, pleasure, and birth can be so much more than what they’ve been taught. They arrive in different forms, sometimes an individual longing to reconnect with their body and spirit, sometimes a couple or polycule ready to reignite their spark, and sometimes a pregnant person preparing for a natural birth, yet uncertain how they will navigate pain, or whether pleasure is even possible.

For the individual, transformation often begins with releasing shame and reclaiming sovereignty, the ability to fully own and honor their body, desires, and choices. Through practices like breathwork, Ankhing, and energetic exploration, they learn that orgasm isn’t limited to the genitals, it can blossom in the heart, the mind, and even the whole body.

For couples and polycules, the work is about rediscovering each other with curiosity and compassion. Using Somatica® tools and sacred communication practices, I help partners map their desires, boundaries, and turn-ons. The result is not just deeper intimacy but relationships rooted in trust, playfulness, and authentic connection.

For pregnant clients, the transformation is profoundly empowering. Many have heard only stories of pain and fear around childbirth, but they sense there is another way. Through orgasmic birth coaching and Dancing for Birth™ practices, I guide them into seeing birth as a gateway, one where pleasure, connection, autonomy, and movement can create an ecstatic and empowering experience.

Whether it’s an individual, a couple, or a parent-to-be, my clients all experience the same core transformation, they discover that pleasure is medicine, intimacy is the art of presence, and they are already whole. A song that captures this beautifully is A Joyful Man by Mayestra, which invites you to bring all parts of yourself, even intensity and shame, and to remember that you are already enough. That’s the invitation at the heart of my coaching, to bring every part of yourself into the light and discover that wholeness was always there.

What makes your approach at Heartgasm Coaching unique?

What makes my approach unique is how many threads it weaves into one tapestry. Most professionals focus on either sex & intimacy, or birth, or holistic practices. I bring them together because to me they are inseparable. Pleasure, intimacy, and birth are not separate chapters of life, they are part of the same story, all rooted in love and the body’s wisdom.

Like other way-showers pioneering this work, my background isn’t just study or training, but lived experience, prophetic visions, energetic orgasms, and communion with nature that revealed truths no textbook ever could. In many ways, my approach is deeply Tantric in essence, uniting energy, pleasure, and consciousness as pathways to transformation. These experiences revealed that pleasure, birth, and love are frequencies and gateways of healing.

For me, this isn’t just theory, it’s daily practice. My life is steeped in rituals that keep me connected to Spirit, smudging and cleansing my space, carrying crystals, honoring moon cycles, chanting affirmations, playing my sound bowls, grounding, and doing the inner work. These are not extras, they are the heartbeat of how I live, tools I use in my conscious parenting, and the same resonance I bring into my coaching.

That foundation is paired with over two decades of practice in energy healing, meditation, sound healing, ecstatic dance, breathwork, and intuitive guidance. I blend these with practical tools for intimacy, from communication exercises to embodiment practices, so that clients don’t just learn about love and pleasure, they feel it ripple through their entire being.

Inclusivity is also central. As a genderqueer, pansexual, and neurodivergent coach, I create spaces where every identity, body, and relationship structure can feel seen, honored, and safe. My clients often tell me that I put words to feelings they could never name, and that being truly seen allows them to open into their own bliss.

I don’t just teach people about intimacy, ecstasy, and birth as sacred, I live it, and I invite others to dance alongside me, planting seeds of love rooted in ancient wisdom.

What is one myth about sexuality, relationships, or birth that you want to debunk?

One myth I’m passionate about debunking is that orgasms only happen in the genitals. I’ll be diving into another common myth, that birth must be painful, in my upcoming article on orgasmic birth, but here I want to focus on the truth about orgasm itself.

We’ve been conditioned to see orgasm as a purely physical release, but in truth, it’s so much more expansive. Orgasms are energy, they can blossom in any chakra, the energy centers of the body, and ripple through the whole nervous system in what many describe as a full-body orgasm. Because of this, many practitioners refer to non-genital orgasm as energetic orgasm.

In addition to experiencing an energetic orgasm in my heart chakra, a Heartgasm, I also discovered the Third Eyegasm through meditation, an orgasm that radiates as sapphire blue light through the mind’s eye.

Even neuroscience is catching up to this truth, orgasm activates the entire brain and nervous system, not just the genitals, which is why many people experience full-body orgasms. Limiting orgasm to one part of the body keeps people from realizing its full potential as a force for healing, creativity, and joy. In fact, the principle behind this, circulating orgasmic life-force energy through the body, is found in many sacred traditions, including Tantra.

This is where the ancient practice of Ankhing comes in. In Ancient Egyptian esoteric teachings, orgasm was seen as a powerful force, when expelled without circulation, it was believed to weaken vitality, but when looped through the body, it could unlock renewal and longevity. By looping orgasmic energy up the spine, over the head, and back into the heart (forming the shape of the ankh), practitioners could recharge their life-force and even slow the aging process. Esoteric traditions from Egypt, Atlantis, and Lemuria all point to the same truth, when we recycle our pleasure as energy, it revitalizes the body, keeps us youthful, and awakens us spiritually.

I first stumbled upon Ankhing during my previously mentioned Third Eyegasm, when the energy naturally looped back into my body instead of escaping. Since then, I have practiced Ankhing extensively and discovered a new variation of the loop, it doesn’t need to stop at the crown chakra, it can extend into the transpersonal chakras above the head.

In this variation, the crown becomes the anchor, and the energy circulates solely through the higher chakras, forming a higher-dimensional circuit of life-force. It’s as if the practice shifts into a higher octave of the soul’s song, deepening the resonance, amplifying the ecstasy, and expanding into a direct experience of our multidimensional nature.

I want people to know that pleasure is not limited to one part of the body. It’s a frequency that can awaken us to deeper love, connection, creativity, and healing. When we learn to work with orgasmic energy through practices like breathwork, meditation, visualization, and Ankhing, we discover that ecstasy is not a rare event, it’s a way of living.
