Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

Born in Florence, Italy, and raised in America, I learned to adapt, solve problems, and communicate. My dual upbringing gave me a unique perspective on the world, taught me how to see things from different perspectives, and instilled in me a deep appreciation for diversity and inclusion. This unique perspective has allowed me to help people in many different ways. I've helped businesses to expand into new markets, I've helped individuals to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals, and I've helped communities to come together and solve problems.

I have a two-year-old son that I make sure I create time to play and be present with. I’m a huge soccer and American football fan, I just love sports. I’m big into meditation and bio-hacking to keep my mind and body performing at optimal energy levels. I also love spending time in nature, hiking, and exploring beaches. Who knows what the future holds, but I'm excited to use my unique perspective and skills to make a positive impact on the world. What is the core mission and vision of your business – The Activated Potential LLC? My goal is my purpose: to demonstrate to the world that human potential is limitless while guiding and inspiring others to do the same through long-lasting and self-sustaining transformations. In short, I’m determined to transform the world. I believe the longest-lasting and most self-sustaining way to do that is to change the structure of the business as a whole. Personally, I’d like to own/co-own over 50 profitable and impact-driven businesses that can cross-generate businesses and have a lasting impact on the communities they serve. I envision owning businesses in the health, real estate, education, and sustainability industries. I remember when I started my entrepreneurial journey as a Realtor, I felt like there was always something missing. I believe most people feel that way in some way shape or form. After helping myself, I knew I had to help others.

Since I was successful in business having grown my real estate business and another business from scratch, I decided to bring together the personal work and the business strategy. I absolutely love business and understanding what makes people do what they do, I geek out on it. That is why I want to help the people at the top of organizations. The change always starts at the top and being able to help them transform will transform their organizations, the employees, and everyone they do business with. What do you do that no one else does? In the last several years, the coaching and consulting industries have had a dramatic increase in numbers. Up to this point, if your business were having trouble you would either hire a consultant to help you with the business strategy for your business or a coach to help you with your mindset/personal strategy. I think those are extremely important and they are only one half of the solution. A consultant can solve a problem for a business but if they don’t fix the thinking that created it, the business will just end up recreating another similar problem. A coach can get a client in the best peak state and full of confidence, but if they don’t know the right business strategy to implement, they’re going to take inefficient action. A business owner or executive needs help in both personal and business strategy for long-term growth. Having a mix of both is where the magic happens. When I’m hired, I help them with both aspects. And when big projects come up, I take extra time and work with my clients to make sure they are being as efficient as possible. This is the service that business leaders need and deserve. Not the next 5 steps to build an 8-figure business or fill-in-the-blank. Everyone is different and at different stages in life/business, the approach to help them should be customized for them. That’s why strategic advising is the future. Just like people need wealth, estate, and accounting advisors, people need strategic advisors too.

What do you think is a problem in business that needs to be addressed?

I believe business, as a whole, has been founded on a completely wrong principle. We’re taught that business is about competition. We’re competing for clients, money, resources, etc. When two countries compete over the same resources, it only leads to one thing… WAR. And ware leads to a destruction of resources, which leads to more scarcity. We’ve been indoctrinated with having to fight (figuratively and metaphorically) for business.

As long as our business world is built on that structure of thinking, we will forever be doomed to trying to get one over on clients, selling things to people who don’t need them, stealing clients from one another, and all of the other practices that go on in business without integrity.

Now what would happen if those same two countries decided to collaborate together? Chances are those resources would end up being multiplied, instead of destroyed. Once I came to this realization, I asked myself how I could start to impact the world to change this and I realized it would be one business at a time. And the quickest way to impact an organization is to start at the top.

That’s why I focus on working with the owner or executives. When a shift happens with them, the shift happens with the whole business and organization, which has a ripple with everyone they do business with as well. I believe this comes about by restructuring the thinking of the organization and implementing different strategies. This inherently leads to better profits and a better work environment.

Business and jobs don’t have to be a drain on our lives, they can give us purpose and be used to create value. This is what business is meant to be and this is what I desire the world to see and experience!
