How To Decrease Your Anxiety And Deeply Believe In You

There are many people that are able to function daily in their job or have a successful business. But what is being shown to the world is not always a reflection of what is happening in their inner world.

We are led to believe that if you are a successful in a high-level paying position, or you are able to maintain and grow your business, that the money and income that you bring in is a direct reflection of an increase in self-worth.


But having a high-level paying job or a successful business actually increases the anxiety that was already there to begin with. Most interestingly, many people who are in high-level paying positions or are entrepreneurs have a component of underlying anxiety that already exists.


It also makes one wonder on how people with anxiety are able to become highly successful in their job or business.


The reason is that anxiety is the same energy as excitement.


Anxiety is manifestation energy. But the difference is how you translate this energy into manifestation form in your life.


So yes, you have that great job and successful business, but as the responsibilities grow, so does your anxiety.


The anxiety you experienced that helped you to get where you are now is also the cause of stress, your labile emotions and even some aspects of your job or business.


The reason why it was working for you before and not now, is that everything was a mind game.


You used your mind to push through it or to learn new things to help you through it. You may have even sought counseling, learned coping skills or even took personal self development classes. These work to a certain extent, but it comes from your mind and is temporary.


It doesn’t address the sensitivities or as I call it, high level awareness that creates the anxiety. In fact, some of the ways that people address anxiety actually desensitizes you.


Why would you want to desensitize yourself when this is what got you to where you are now?


Instead, change the way you translate the anxiety in your life. Connect to the energy itself before it comes into the form.


And it begins with reconnecting and rewiring your five senses.


The first step is to bring into your awareness the five senses.


From the time we are born until we learn our spoken language for communication, we had to rely on our five senses to understand the world we are born into. Sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell. This was the only way we could receive information from the outside world. To understand the information we received, it was through our intuition.


But as our spoken language of communication evolved, our five senses took a backseat along with our intuition as the outside world became the primary source for learning.


The second step is to sit with this and become aware of how it feels in your body.

Because our five senses and intuition have been placed into hiding from our conscious daily living, it has instead become a part of the subconscious in our mind and a sensation within our body which shows up as anxiety or any other form of reactions.


This step of awareness is the rewiring of your five senses with your body.


The last step is to feel the energy of your five senses and bring it in even further, deep within your body.


This is where our five senses are being reconnected not just to our body, but to our soul.When we connect our five senses through a specific area within our body to our soul, this is where the magic happens. It is the integration between what we are born with and what we learn from the outside world.


This step of reconnecting and integration is where our deep belief and confidence in ourselves resides.


You don’t have to continue to live in anxiety, or fear.


You can change this. It is a matter of making that decision. You have done this with everything else in your life, except for you.
