Who is Hana Feidi?

I'm a Palestinian-Australian born in Kuwait, grew up in Egypt, lived in Australia and across the Middle East, and traveled the world. I consider myself a nomad, having lived and worked in many places, experiencing different cultures, people, and challenges along the way.

For a long time, I struggled to call one place home, but those experiences shaped me into someone who is empathetic, open-minded, and resilient. I’ve always been someone who challenges the status quo and believes there is always a creative way to solve a problem.

I am a health and wellness advocate, enjoy strength training and am certified in functional nutrition. I believe in holistic wellness and that leading a healthy lifestyle is the key to longevity. I’m a passionate person who genuinely cares, and that passion led me to search for my true purpose in life, helping others discover theirs and share it with the world.

What inspired you to start Heal & Zeal Digital, and how does it set you apart in your industry?

The inspiration for Heal & Zeal Digital came from the search for my own wellness amidst trends and quick fixes. I envisioned a platform where people could easily connect with trusted wellness experts based on their goals and symptoms, this led to the creation of the Heal & Zeal Wellness Hub. To support this vision, I combined my IT background with my experience in the wellness industry and founded Heal & Zeal Digital, a perfect fusion of passion and expertise.

What sets us apart is that we don’t just build websites or create content, we help wellness experts build authentic, credible personal brands that reflect their values. By combining our knowledge of the wellness industry with digital marketing expertise, we create strategies that are both aligned with the expert and effective online.

What key challenges do your clients face, and how does Heal & Zeal Digital help them overcome these obstacles?

Many wellness professionals have incredible knowledge but struggle with visibility, messaging, presenting their expertise online, and digital know-how. Often, their websites or social platforms don’t clearly communicate what they offer or who they help.

At Heal & Zeal Digital, we help them clarify their positioning, build a strong digital presence, and create platforms that attract the right audience and support long-term growth.

What makes your approach to digital marketing unique, and how do you ensure long-term success for your clients?

Our approach focuses on strategy and authenticity first. Instead of jumping straight into social media or advertising, we build strong foundations with clear messaging, a credible website, and content that reflects the client’s expertise.

This creates a digital ecosystem where everything works together to build trust and visibility over time.

What are the most common misconceptions about digital marketing, and how do you address them for your clients?

One major misconception is that digital marketing is just about posting on social media. In reality, it’s about having a clear brand strategy, strong messaging, and a digital presence that builds credibility.

Another misconception is expecting instant results. Sustainable digital growth requires consistency and a well-defined strategy.

What results can your clients expect after working with Heal & Zeal Digital, and how do you measure success?

Clients usually gain stronger brand clarity, a professional online presence, and greater visibility with the right audience.

Success isn’t only measured through traffic or engagement but also by the quality of clients and opportunities they attract once their brand is positioned correctly.

What strategies do you recommend for businesses to stay ahead of the competition in today’s digital landscape?

Businesses that stay ahead focus on building credibility and trust. That means having a clear brand identity, sharing valuable insights, and maintaining a consistent presence across their digital platforms.

In a crowded digital world, authenticity and expertise are what truly differentiate a brand.

What advice would you give to businesses just starting to invest in digital marketing to maximize their efforts?

Start with a strong foundation. Invest in a clear brand message, a professional website, and content that explains your expertise.

When your digital presence truly reflects who you are and the value you offer, marketing becomes far more effective and sustainable.
