Amy Kelly, Breakthrough & Confidence Coach

Hi Amy, tell us who you are and why your work is changing lives.

I'm Amy Kelly, a Life Reset & Confidence Coach known by my clients as 'The Girl in Pink', not because of the colour, but because I chose to stand out after everything fell apart. I'm not your surface-level coach. I lead women through a real-life rebirth, from breakdown to breakthrough.

This isn't about morning routines or vision boards. This is about finding the woman you were meant to be before the world told you who to be. I work with women who are done playing small, settling, and suffocating in lives that look good but feel empty. They know they're meant for more, and they won't stop until they get it.

My clients don't just change their habits, they change their entire identity. They stop apologising for taking up space. They stop shrinking to make others comfortable. They reclaim their voice, their power, and their right to want what they want without explanation.

Here's the thing: I don't just teach transformation, I AM the transformation. My Dreamy Reset Life framework isn't theory from textbooks; it's the exact method I used to go from broken and lost to unstoppable and unapologetic. This work changes lives because it doesn't just fix what's broken, it unleashes what was always there, waiting.

What was your rock bottom moment that sparked this transformation?

At 28, my world imploded. My marriage ended, and I found myself back at my parents' house for the first time in 10 years. I felt like such a failure. I didn't know my name anymore, was I still 'Mrs Someone' or was I Amy again? I'd been living everyone else's version of success while my soul was screaming for something different.

Instead of staying stuck in shame, I made what felt like the scariest decision of my life. I bought a one-way ticket to Mexico City with no plan, no safety net, and no job—just pure faith that anything was better than staying in that space where I couldn't heal anymore. Booking that ticket felt like jumping off a cliff, but it was the first time in months that I'd felt alive instead of just surviving. That leap of faith? That's where The Dreamy Reset Life was born.

Tell us about those 16 months of solo travel that transformed everything.

Those 16 months changed everything. I travelled solo through Central and South America, and I couldn't come back, not even for a visit, because I was in the midst of the most important transformation of my life. The woman who left was broken and scared. The woman who returned was unrecognisable.

Solo travel strips away all your safety nets and forces you to trust yourself completely. Every single day, I was proving to myself that I was so much braver than I ever imagined. I learned the power of slowing down. Everyone back home was rushing, rushing to get over the divorce, rushing to figure out what's next. But when you're travelling solo, you learn to move at a different pace.

That journey taught me that location is medicine. Your environment shapes your identity, and sometimes you need to physically remove yourself from old patterns to create new ones.

Can you break down your signature Dreamy Reset method?

The Dreamy Reset is my signature 90-day rebirth framework designed for women ready to shed the life that no longer fits. It follows the six-phase arc of your comeback, using the acronym D.R.E.A.M.Y.

D – Detox: We begin by clearing the emotional, energetic, and environmental clutter that's been clouding your clarity.

R – Reconnect: Here, you begin coming home to yourself, remembering who you are beyond your titles, trauma, and to-do lists.

E – Elevate: With clarity comes vision. This is where we expand your self-belief, raise your standards, and begin designing your dream identity.

A – Activate: You'll start taking aligned action rooted in your soul's truth, no more autopilot living.

M – Manifest: Now that you're aligned and activated, it's time to magnetise what you truly desire. Purpose, power, pleasure; on your terms.

Y – Yes to You: You close the journey by anchoring your new self-concept. No more shrinking.

What makes this different? It's not just coaching, it's a full identity reset. We use astrology and embodiment alongside practical strategies, so you're guided not just by goals, but by your soul.

Who is your ideal client?

She's a woman who feels like her life just fell apart. Maybe she's going through a divorce, burnt out from a career that never felt right, or just waking up to the fact that she's been living someone else's version of her life. She's probably scared, maybe feeling like a failure, but there's something in her that knows this isn't the end.

She's been thinking about making a big change, maybe solo travel, maybe a career pivot—but she's terrified to take that leap. She's tired of everyone being in such a rush and wants permission to take her time figuring things out.

What's the biggest mistake you see women make when they're trying to rebuild their lives after a major setback?

The biggest mistake is rushing the process. Everyone wants to fast-forward through the pain and get to the "healed" version of themselves, but that's not how real transformation works.

I see women trying to immediately jump back into dating, quickly finding another job that looks similar to their old life, or moving back in with family, where everyone treats them like the person they used to be. They're essentially trying to rebuild the same life with different pieces, instead of using this opportunity to create something completely new.

Another huge mistake is staying in environments that reinforce their old identity. Your environment shapes your identity, and if you're trying to transform while surrounded by people who know the 'old you,' it's nearly impossible. Sometimes you need physical distance to create mental and emotional space for change.

The third mistake is seeking external validation for every decision. After a major setback, women often lose confidence in their judgment and start asking everyone else what they should do. However, the whole point of your rock-bottom moment is to reconnect with your inner knowing. No one else can tell you who you're meant to become.

What makes your approach different?

I've been where my clients are. I'm not coaching from theory, I'm sharing the exact path I walked from completely broken to completely rebuilt. I understand the shame, the fear, the feeling like you'll never be whole again.

I've lived and coached globally because different places activate different parts of your soul. When you prove to yourself that you can thrive anywhere, you realise you can handle anything life throws at you.

Here's what's unique: I integrate your astrological transits into your reset timeline. The stars guide us on when to rest, when to launch, and when to leap. It's ancient wisdom meets modern strategy.

What's your core philosophy?

"Of course, you can do it, don't listen to those who tell you can't. Take it from me, you absolutely can." I've learned that the only voice that matters is the one inside you that knows you're capable of more.

What's your final message for women who feel stuck?

You are not broken. You are not behind. You are standing at the threshold of becoming.

That restlessness? That's your soul refusing to settle. Listen to her.

Starting over isn't starting from scratch; you're starting from wisdom, from strength earned through every hard moment that built you. You've survived 100% of your hardest days. You've proven your resilience. Now prove your power.

Stop waiting for permission. Stop waiting for the 'right time'. Courage is moving forward with shaking knees. That breakdown you're avoiding might be the breakthrough you've been praying for.

You are not too late. Not too old. Not too damaged. Start now. Start scared. Start small. But start.
