Each class in the series focuses on how trauma affects different systems of the physical body-offering not only education but also deep healing and hope. At the core of the series are holistic health practices such as gentle movement, breathwork, nutrition, energy healing, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. These practices support survivors in releasing stored trauma, reducing stress, and cultivating inner balance and resilience.

“This series isn’t just about understanding trauma – it’s about reclaiming your relationship with your body and learning to feel safe within yourself again,” says Robinson. “It’s about finding hope, healing, and practical tools that last.”

Participants will learn to build sustainable wellness routines and nurture a deeper connection to themselves. As a unique benefit, all current enrollees will be invited to future summer series sessions at no additional cost, gaining access to new guest experts who will join Karen each year to enhance the healing experience.
