The importance of fitness

Fitness is self-love and self-respect. Fitness is important at all stages of your life. Being active for your lifetime will be a joy to your loved ones and fulfill you. Fitness is a major pillar of men’s health.

Four daily practices

1. 20 minutes of minimum activities

It can be as simple as going for a walk and getting fresh air. Walking gets your blood flowing. Blood circulation is great for your body from head to toe. Within 20 minutes, walking will enhance brain activity, boosting focus and memory. Walking increases blood flow to the brain, improving oxygen and nutrient delivery, and stimulates the release of BDNF, a protein crucial for brain health and the growth of new neurons. It also helps reduce stress and can improve cognitive performance, including attention and academic performance.

2. Stay hydrated by drinking 7 cups of water daily.

Drinking 7 cups of water daily offers numerous health benefits, including improved digestion, skin health, and improved function. It also helps maintain a normal body temperature, lubricates joints, and prevents dehydration. Adequate hydration is crucial for overall well-being. In addition, drinking water can reduce the risk of kidney stones and migraines.

3. Quiet time

Having 20 minutes of solitude is invaluable for enhancing well-being. This quiet time helps you reconnect with yourself, also helps reconnect with emotions, and gain perspectives on your thoughts and actions.

4. Deep breathing

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale slowly out of your mouth. Your belly should push outward as you inhale and release as you exhale.
