Cindy Witteman’s life is a story of resilience, love, and unstoppable determination. From her early years of growing up with a single mother, at times without even basic needs or reliable transportation, to raising her daughters as a single parent after escaping domestic violence, Cindy has lived through more challenges than most. But instead of letting those hardships hold her back, she turned them into her driving force. “I know what it feels like to struggle,” she often shares. “I never want anyone to feel that helpless.”

Cindy Witteman, Founder of CF Views LLC

Cindy Witteman is a bestselling author, nonprofit founder, and media leader whose life has been shaped by resilience and determination. Raised by a single mother and later becoming a single parent herself after escaping domestic violence, Cindy transformed her personal hardships into a mission to uplift others. Today, through Driving Single Parents Inc., FORCE Magazine, her books, podcast, and TV show, she empowers individuals to rewrite their stories and build lives rooted in purpose and possibility.

What inspired you to create Driving Single Parents Inc.?

I grew up watching my single mother struggle, and later I faced similar challenges myself. I know how limiting it feels without reliable transportation. A car represents freedom. It allows parents to get to work, pursue education, and provide stability for their children. I wanted to give single parents a real chance to move forward.

Can you share a story that deeply impacted you?

During the COVID 19 pandemic, we gave a car to a determined mom named La Tieka who wanted to finish college. That car changed everything. She graduated, built her career, became our Vice President of Philanthropy, got married, and later donated the same car back so another single mom could use it. Now that same car is helping a future dentist achieve her dream. It is a full circle moment that shows how one act of kindness can multiply.

You are also the Founder and Editor in Chief of FORCE Magazine, what is its purpose?

FORCE Magazine amplifies stories of resilience and empowerment. What started as an idea has grown into a bestselling publication with every issue. I believe everyone has a story that can inspire someone else, and the magazine creates space for voices that deserve to be heard.

As a five time bestselling author what message drives your work?

My core message is simple your past does not define you. In Beyond the Smile Bruised Not Broken and Is Manifesting Bullshit Part 2 The Limit Is YOU, I encourage readers to challenge their mindset and stay open to new possibilities. These books sparked meaningful conversations and even inspired my podcast, where I dive deeper into the power of perspective. Growth begins when we shift how we see ourselves.

What inspired your TV show Little Give?

There are countless nonprofits doing incredible work that often goes unseen. Little Give highlights these organizations and shows how even small acts of generosity can create lasting impact. It is about shining a light on everyday heroes and inspiring others to get involved.

You have received multiple awards including the Trailblazer Award and International Impact Book Awards, what do these honors mean to you?

While I am grateful for the recognition, the true reward is seeing lives transformed. Awards are a reflection of the mission, but what matters most to me is watching someone step into a better future because they were given an opportunity.

How has your family influenced your journey?

My daughters and my beautifully blended family are my why. As a mom, stepmom, and proud Nonna, they give me strength and perspective. They have witnessed my journey through the good days and the difficult ones, and they remind me every day why this work matters.

You once struggled with public speaking, what changed?

I received life changing advice from Lisa Nichols. She told me to stop searching for the perfect words and instead speak from my soul. That shifted everything. Now when I speak, I do it from the heart, and that authenticity connects more deeply than perfection ever could.

What advice would you give someone who feels stuck?

Be willing to see things differently. Take the first step, no matter how small. Pain can become power when you choose to move forward. Even the smallest give can create a ripple that changes everything.

As she continues to lead, inspire, and empower others around the globe, Cindy Witteman’s story is far from over. In fact, it is just getting started.
