Navneet started Country Therapy in the year 2020 and worked through the challenges of running and establishing a practice during COVID-19 outbreak. Navneet graduated in the year 2011, finishing his Bachelor in Occupational Therapy from CMC Vellore, one of Asia's best medical schools. Country Therapy, since its inception, has never marketed its service and we have received outflow of referrals for service purely through word-of-mouth referral.
Navneet Singh, Founder and Principal of Country Therapy Practice
Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better. Navneet Singh, referred commonly as Nav amongst colleagues and peers, moved to Australia in 2014 after completing his Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy in India. I received my Masters in Public Health Degree in 2015 from La Trobe University, Melbourne. While studying and working in Australia, my passion for innovation and service delivery in the field of Disability grew exponentially. I became inclined to introduce my unwavering passion for serving and empowering individuals within the disability industry. While working in regional remote townships and communities in western Victoria, I realised the pressing need for improved services and support for people with disabilities and this realization fueled my determination to make a difference in their lives. I take pride in calling myself a workaholic, and I work 7 days a week. I love spending my time with my 2-year-old daughter and family.
