Are you creating the results you truly desire? From my experience working with Business Leaders in multiple cultures, I have been observing that more companies are beginning to realize that success is not driven solely by profit margins and performance metrics. Instead, a new paradigm has emerged, one where conscious leadership, self-awareness, and alignment with Universal Law are becoming key to sustainable growth and innovation. At the heart of this transformation is a simple and profound question: Are you creating the results you truly desire?

A group of glossy blue mannequins surrounds a single yellow mannequin, symbolizing individuality and standing out from the crowd.

Recently, in a business deal, I experienced the pain of realizing that I compromised my freedom of choice in the idealisation of a true partnership, one of pure collaboration and support, as I believe a partnership should be. The reality turned out to be one of conditionality, where one enters a partnership expecting a specific retribution without clarifying it upfront.

Being afraid of laying out the terms or expectations upfront is very often a defence mechanism people create to feel secure and recognized as magnanimous in a relationship, especially in one where a party has the perception of holding power. When results manifest, there is always a shortage of sorts in what is accomplished; there is always a misalignment between the expected result and what is achieved. When we settle for conditionality, we struggle.

Ultimately, what we create is always a byproduct of that initial energy of conditionality we kicked off with, conscious or not.

Personally, I fall into this trap willingly, deceived by my own vision, for the sake of creation, of expansion. I am a believer, giving up is never a valid option for me, I always know that there is a possibility in the “impossible”. When disillusioned, I always question myself, I self-examine the outcome, and raise the bar, establish my boundaries, and drop conditionality, succeeding in my vision is the only valid option for me, so I decide on which proper amendments to bring into my next experience.

We can change the results, we can cut cords with struggle and conditionality, we are able to become conscious of what drives our actions, the energy we contribute to the system.

We can be more aware of our creative power and learn from our mistakes. We make mistakes, and that’s ok. We learn, we let go, we move on, we create anew.

When individuals expand their consciousness through self-knowledge and a deeper understanding of Universal principles, the entire corporate ecosystem benefits.

Integrating self-knowledge and Universal Law into corporate consciousness isn't just a lofty ideal; it’s a smart strategy for future-ready organizations. As businesses shift from transactional to transformational models, those who lead with consciousness will stand out as innovators, visionaries, and forces for good.

Because in the end, companies don’t evolve, people do. And when people rise, so does everything they touch.
