"You are the future" – A message reflecting the UAE’s vision

The choice of the slogan "You Are the Future" was no coincidence; it embodies the UAE's vision for the future, which is built on empowering women and providing them with the full opportunity to lead and innovate. As Sheikha Shamsa bint Hasher Al Maktoum stated in her speech: "Our nation progresses with the energy of our youth and the wisdom of our pioneers. This forum is a testament to our belief that the future of the UAE is shaped by empowering women to lead and innovate in all sectors of our society." This statement reflects the country’s vision that supporting women is a fundamental step toward building a sustainable society and an advanced economy.

The role of forums in enhancing women’s status

Among the prominent figures who spoke at the forum was Her Excellency Noof Alyafei, founder and Chairwoman of the Annual Global Women's Forum and CEO of "The Address." Alyafei emphasized the importance of such platforms in fostering economic and social growth, saying: "This event demonstrates collective progress and reflects our commitment to providing a space for successful women to share their experiences and inspire the audience to participate and create. By bringing together a diverse group of successful women, we facilitate valuable dialogues that propel collective advancement."

The forum: A platform for discussion and knowledge exchange

The forum witnessed a series of rich discussions that brought together young figures and successful businesswomen from various sectors, including Information Technology, Innovation, and Education. The discussions focused on the challenges faced by women in the labor market and how to strengthen their role in the digital economy, with an emphasis on success stories that demonstrate the impact of Emirati and resident women in building more innovative and sustainable communities.

Purple bubbles: A leading role in the beauty industry

Among the participating companies was Purple Bubbles, a leader in the cosmetics and beauty tools industry. The company's founder, Mariam Seemba, was one of the main sponsors of the forum and expressed her pride in participating, saying: "Supporting this event was a great opportunity to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and contribute to a narrative that enhances women's leadership. We are pleased to support an initiative that aligns with our goals to empower women and enhance their status in the business world."

Strategic partnership with Jaffair

The collaboration between Purple Bubbles and Jaffair, managed by Mrs. Halima Seemba, enabled the company to make tangible progress in research and development. This partnership enhanced Purple Bubbles' position as a leading Emirati company in the cosmetics and beauty tools industry. Mariam Seemba emphasized that "This strategic partnership reflects how smart collaborations can contribute to the development of local companies to meet the growing market demands."

Dubai as a global business hub

Throughout the forum, participants praised the strategic importance of Dubai as a key business hub, pointing to the city's strong infrastructure and suitable business environment. Dubai’s government policies are known for attracting entrepreneurs from around the world, making the city a crossroads of innovation and creativity. Dubai also specifically supports female entrepreneurs looking to expand their businesses on a global scale.

Conclusion: Looking toward a bright future

At the end of the forum, Her Excellency Noof Alyafei expressed her gratitude to all sponsors and participants, emphasizing that "Collective efforts were key to the success of this event," and confirmed her commitment to continuing to support initiatives that enhance the status of Emirati women and pave the way for a bright future.
