Happy New Year 2022! According to Numerology, the year 2022 carries a six vibration and is known as the Universal Year Energy, also known as the “Collective Energy”, which mean everyone on the planet will feel this energy whether they’re conscious of it or not.

In Numerology the number six means heal, healer, caretaker, home, family and karmic lessons.

Capricorn Season starts on December 21st ends on January 19th. During Capricorn Season everyone is encouraged to evaluate how they value themselves and how they are valued by others.

In Astrology, Capricorn is associated with the tenth house and is a Cardinal earth sign ruled by Saturn, which of the planet of commitment, discipline and boundaries.

Capricorn represents work, achievements, awards, success and fame and is also associated with fathers, father figure, masculine energy and taking action.

During Capricorn Season, I encourage clients to reflect on the following:

Physical Work – Your 9to 5 job (career). Does this job (career) serve your purpose and feed your soul or does this job (career) provide “false security”, helps to pay bills and offers health insurance?

Body Work – How do you feel in your body? Does your body hold on to “weight “ that may be related to emotional stress, which may be related to the Physical Work, that may not be “feeding” your soul?

How do you fuel and feed your soul and body? What nutrients, minerals, vitamins, movement, meditation and hydration?

Spiritual Work – As we move into 2022, it’s a great time to recharge, reset and reboot your spiritual wellbeing.

When your “work” is not aligned with your Soul’s Purpose, your Chakra System, known as the wheel of life can become sluggish and even blocked. This may reflect on your body as physical pain, illness and or disease.

So what to do when your body, mind and spirit are out of balance? If you are experiencing issues with your physical body there is a good chance there is an affected area(s) of your life where your emotions are not balanced and not positive.

There are 114 chakras associated with your body. In this article I will discuss seven of them.

Root Chakra – Located at the tailbone and associated with the lower body (hips, legs, knees and feet). When the Root Chakra is sluggish or blocked one may experience fear, not feeling supported or protected and loss of freedom.

Sacral Chakra – Located below the navel and associated with sex organs, kidney and lower back. When the Sacral Chakra is sluggish or blocked one may experience shame, judgement, blame, guilt , lack of creativity, low self-esteem and lacks of confidence.

Solar Plexus – Located above the navel and associated with digestion, stomach, gallbladder, liver, pancreas and spleen. When the Solar Plexus is sluggish or blocked one may experience lack of will power, insecurity, constipation, bloat, nausea, limitations, worthlessness, abandonment, lack of trust and loss of faith.

Heart Chakra – Located in the middle of the chest and associated with the heart, lungs, arms, and hands. When the Heart Chakra is sluggish or blocked one may experience anxiety,, fear, doubt, heart palpitations, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, grief, sadness, loneliness and loss zest of life.

Throat Chakra – Located at the V Spot of the neck and associated with the throat, shoulders, back of neck, thyroid and inner ear. When the Throat Chakra is sluggish or blocked one may experience ringing in the ear, sore throat, thyroid issues, cough, neck and shoulder discomfort, laryngitis and teeth and mouth issues.

Third Eye – Located between both eyebrows and associated with vision, dreams and imagination. When the Third Eye is sluggish or blocked one may experience blurred vision, watery eyes, sinus issues, cataracts, headaches and lack of imagination.

Crown Chakra – Located above the head and associated with pineal gland, wisdom, intuition, psychic abilities and ego. When the Crown Chakra is sluggish or blocked one may experience headaches, migraine, disconnect with faith, lack of purpose, confusion and egotistical.

Each of the symptoms mentioned above may also be your bodies’ way of letting you know that you may be experiencing a Chakra Activation, which means, your Chakra System is being re-booted to a higher frequency and your body, mind and spirt may need rest.

2022 is the year for you to heal your mind, body and spirit and release emotional weight and with the help of Venus, Pluto, Mars and Mercury you may fall in love with yourself!
