Let me share with you why goal setting is directly correlated to growing your business. Setting and achieving big, hairy, bodacious goals is essential to unlocking your business's potential. In this article, we'll explore the four E's of growing your business: Expose, Educate, Execute, and Extend. Let's get started!

Business people are discussing.

Expose: Making your presence known

The first step in growing your business is to expose yourself to the world. Get on social media platforms and in front of new people. Set a goal of connecting with five new people every day and following up with them. This can be done through email, social media interactions, or commenting on other people's posts. The key is to let more people know that you exist and what you have to offer. Overcome the fear of being seen and heard, and embrace the opportunity to flourish and prosper.

Educate: Helping others understand the value

Next, it's important to educate your target audience about what you offer. Determine whether your clients already know about the solution you provide or if you need to help them unlearn misinformation. As a mind-body energy practitioner or a holistic wellness entrepreneur, you're bringing something new to the market. Educate your clients about the value you offer and help them see the benefits of your unique approach. Understand your avatar and tailor your messaging to meet their needs.

Execute: Taking action towards your goals

Execution is key to business growth. Show up and take action. Create a clear business model and package your offers in a way that makes sense to your potential customers. Clearly communicate the results they can expect and the investment required. Put your offers on your website, in your notes, or wherever is most convenient for you. Take initiative, show up consistently, and tell people what you offer and how you can help them. Collaborate with others who can introduce you to new audiences and embrace the power of networking.

Extend: Making the business offer

Finally, extend the invitation for people to work with you and experience the solutions you offer. This step involves making an offer that solves your customers' problems or meets their needs in exchange for financial compensation. Clearly articulate the value you provide and the transformation your clients can expect. Extend this invitation across various marketing channels, such as podcasts, Facebook lives, or collaborations. The more people you reach, the more impact you can create and the faster you'll grow your business.

Growing your business requires strategic action and a goal-oriented mindset. By following the four E's Expose, Educate, Execute, and Extend you can take your business to the next level. Set ambitious goals, make your presence known, educate your audience, take consistent action, and extend invitations to work with you. Remember, everything starts with setting the right goals and committing to take the necessary steps to achieve them. Now, it's time to boss up and make your business dreams a reality!
