You say you want to change. You say you want to grow. Desiring to navigate through life more peaceful and joyful. You’re tired of having the same arguments. You’re tired of attracting the same toxic people in your life. But, this time- it’s going to be different. You’re going to put your foot down. Get serious! You deserve better, only to come to the same conclusion as last time…

“It’s going to hurt!”

You’re scared to go to those excruciating pain points. So, you run from the chance to heal your wounds. You push it aside with the grand gesture of “next time.” Self-doubt starts flowing through your pours. The mind starts rattling off emotions of fear and rejection. You think you’re not worthy. You doubt the healing process. You’re terrified to step out of a desolate place of misery. Why?

Any new path initiates transformation. A new cycle of shedding layers. It’s going to take accountability and hard work. You have to desire the outcome rather than the pain. The pain will eventually pass, and you will inherit your reward of obedience.

Guess what? We don’t heal alone. We need Jesus to help us along our journey. This is why God sent His son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins. We get to come upon His feet for everything and anything going on in our lives. Any problems we are facing. All emotions hindering us from progressing in our relationships. All feelings stopping us from reaching our happy, healing phase.

For the inner healing to work, you have to dig deep into those hidden and buried wounds for restoration. The cleansing process starts and ends with God. Yes, it’s going to hurt, but you have to be vulnerable for this process to succeed. The one-on-one coaching work I do is transformational and allows my clients to get rid of the toxicity that is destroying their relationships. I do this with God’s help because He’s part of my business.

I would say, stop hiding behind closed doors and suffering. Stop acting like you have it all together on social media. At some point, you will have to say "enough" and want to do something different. Spinning in a hamster wheel is called insanity and does nothing for progression. God wants more for you and your relationships. So, what are you waiting for?

The world needs more people healing as opposed to hurting. Stop being scared to heal and do something about your misery! I want to leave you with this Scripture-

“He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds” (Psalm 147:3 NLT).

You don’t have to this alone! God is with you, but if you’re feeling stuck, please feel free to book a free Clarity Call with me. I will pinpoint the number one reason hindering your relationship progression.
