Sirisha Duvvuru

Speech Language Pathologist

I’m Sirisha Duvvuru, and let me just say, I absolutely love what I do. Working with kids who have feeding challenges is not just my job, it’s my passion. Helping a child take their first bite or overcome a tough feeding hurdle brings me so much joy, and I feel lucky to be part of their journey.

After years of working in every kind of setting you can think of, schools, skilled nursing facilities, home health care, outpatient clinics you name it, I realized I wanted to take all that experience (and maybe a little frustration from bouncing between systems!) and pour it into something meaningful.

That’s how YOUR SPEECH MATTERS PLLC was born. My goal was simple: create a practice that focuses on evidence-based, individualized care while staying true to what I love most, helping kids and families thrive.

.Outside of work, you can usually find me soaking up music, diving into a good book, or spending quality time with my family and friends. These moments of connection and quiet help me stay grounded and ready to take on the challenges of running my practice and helping my clients succeed.

I believe in showing up authentically, leading with integrity, and building meaningful connections with the families I work with. Every child I meet has their own unique story, and it’s my privilege to help them write their most incredible chapters yet.
