Simone Jennings is a spiritual business and lifestyle coach who helps holistic, wellness, and spiritual entrepreneurs—as well as high-functioning women in demanding roles—create businesses that honor both their purpose and their pace. With over 15 years of coaching experience and more than a dozen certifications spanning spiritual healing, wellness, marketing, design, and business, Simone blends strategy with embodiment, enabling her clients to thrive without sacrificing their well-being.
 
Becoming a mother inspired her to transform her private coaching practice into a thriving and scalable online transformation business. It was a pivotal moment that showed her (and now her clients) that success doesn’t come from hustle—it comes from building a business that works in harmony with life. Her mission is to help women create, launch, or scale the business of their dreams in a way that supports the lifestyle they truly want, embracing flow instead of force, alignment instead of hustle.
 
Through her signature coaching programs, Simone guides clients in moving past burnout and limiting belief patterns, cultivating nervous system regulation, and designing businesses that feel sustainable and soul-aligned. Blending the practical with the spiritual, Simone draws from her years as a corporate marketing manager and graphic designer alongside her experience as a Reiki Master, somatic healing coach, meditation instructor, intuitive, and spiritual life coach. This balance allows her to bring grounded strategies, creative solutions, and deeply embodied practices into every coaching relationship—merging business clarity with spiritual awareness and personal care.
 
Her work includes somatic practices, belief clearing, and practical business strategies designed to help clients embody their leadership and step into their full visibility with confidence. Simone is the founder of The Lightworking Group, LLC, a sacred space where women are invited to approach business with intuition, integrity, and self-trust. She is also the creator of programs and services, including Messaging Out Loud, Divine Touchpoints Coaching, and Oracle Creators Agency.
