Sharon LeShane is a transformational intuitive healer and spiritual mentor. LeShane Seaside Vitality offers Intuitive Reiki Healing, Illuminating Sound Alchemy, Transformative Coaching, Sacred Women’s Circles, Divine Meditation Journeys and Yoga. “Awaken Your  Authentic Self” and “Awaken Circle for Women” are programs she created to educate, empower and inspire.

Sharons spiritual journey began in 2015 when she began to feel increasingly called to spend time in nature. She reconnected with her inner child, and it set her free. In 2018 she tried meditation and experienced energy healing for the first time. Since then,  she has worked with many spiritual mentors and healers and continues be divinely guided to those who can best assist her to support others.

Sharon had various liberating experiences, however, there were two profound shifts that transformed her beyond all others. Both are related to the sudden tragic passing of her sister, Darlene Doyle. On July 14, 1984 Darlene and her friend Karen at ages 11 and 12 departed this life after a fatal car accident caused by impaired driving.

Her first spiritual shift was a few years after her son was born. In 2005, she journaled her feelings about her sisters passing and it became a poem called DD. This was a huge transformation, however, she did not fully realize its power at the time.  The second  shift occurred during a profound meditation in 2019. During a deep liberating meditation, Sharon released resentment, hate, blame, guilt and anger and offered full forgiveness to the driver of the vehicle. She felt Darlene’s presence and her absolute joy when  she offered unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness. The space it freed was filled with light, peace and unconditional love. Forgiveness had set Sharon free.

The year following that shift was the pandemic of 2020. Sharon realized she had a gift for empowering and motivating others. She followed her intuitive nudging to complete various wellness training and certifications and found her life purpose. Sharon's mission  is to offer love and guidance assisting others to shift from their minds to their hearts and discover they too are sovereign and free. LeShane Seaside Vitality ensued.
