Sarah Roberts is an accomplished communications strategist and business leader with over 25 years of global experience across corporate, public, and non-profit sectors.
 
As co-Founder of Vane Percy & Roberts, she brings a distinctive mix of strategic insight, cross-sector experience, and a deep understanding of stakeholder dynamics.

Her career spans strategic communications, public affairs, governance, and organisational leadership—supporting blue-chip companies, household brands such and working alongside global health bodies including WHO and UNICEF. She has advised on Corporate Social Responsibility strategies, led high-profile advocacy campaigns, and worked alongside charities, startups, and research foundations to deliver impactful, mission-driven outcomes.

Known for her empathetic yet decisive leadership style, Sarah excels in building trust, aligning teams, and navigating complex challenges with clarity and resilience. She is passionate about inclusive leadership and team development, consistently championing junior colleagues and fostering a collaborative culture.
 
Her early career in partnership with Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare laid the groundwork for her expertise in integrated communications across both consumer and healthcare landscapes. Most recently, she led a research foundation through a strategic restructure as Executive Director, reinforcing her capabilities in governance, transformation, and long-term sustainability.
 
Sarah is driven by a belief in authentic leadership, clear purpose, and the power of strategic communication to create lasting change.
