Sarah Hurst
Coach and Creator of the Mind Medicine Movement™
Sarah Hurst is a transformational coach, Touch Therapy practitioner, and creator of the Mind Medicine Movement™, an integrative approach to healing that bridges science, spirituality, and self-connection. After walking her own path through three cancer diagnoses, Sarah discovered that true healing isn’t just physical — it’s emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal.
Drawing on her background as a successful clinic owner and therapist of more than 35 years, she retrained in Advanced Cancer Touch Therapy, Shadow Work coaching, meditation, and breathwork, bringing together the tools that supported her own recovery. Her signature SIPS™ framework — Slow Down, Identity, Purpose, Self-Love — now guides her work with clients worldwide, helping them calm the nervous system, release fear, and reconnect with who they truly are.
Through her brand Rising Above Cancer, Sarah offers one-to-one coaching, in-person and online sessions, workshops, and retreats designed to support those navigating cancer, chronic illness, or burnout. Her work combines compassion with practical, evidence-informed tools that promote nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and holistic wellbeing.
Sarah’s mission is to help people take back their power and rise above fear, one gentle step — or sip — at a time. She is based in Hove, East Sussex, and works with clients both locally and online.
