Sandra Merula
Mental Health Coach, Neurodiversity Mentor
Sandra Merula is a Mental Health & Life Coach, author, and neurodivergence specialist working at the intersection of Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, trauma, addiction, and narcissistic abuse recovery. She is the author of “ADHD and Autism. The ‘Together’ People”, where she challenges simplified narratives around diagnosis, identity, and relationship dynamics.
As a neurodivergent professional herself, Sandra brings lived experience into structured psychological work. Her approach examines power, authority, emotional regulation, and identity reconstruction — particularly in individuals who have felt misunderstood, mislabeled, or chronically overwhelmed.
She works with both adolescents and adults, guiding them through identity clarification, pattern interruption, and the rebuilding of self-trust. Her style is direct, analytical, and deeply reflective, combining psychological frameworks with intuitive insight from "Elicitation".
Through Merula Therapy and her cat-assisted therapy philosophy, Sandra integrates grounding, nervous system awareness, and relational safety into transformative work. Her writing and practice explore how neurodivergence and trauma shape perception, behavior, and personal power — and how those patterns can be consciously reconstructed.
Her mission is not simply symptom management, but identity-level change, coming from a pure wish to help people!
