Samka Keranovic is a certified holistic life coach, NLP practitioner, neuroscience coach, and trauma healing specialist with 16 years of private coaching experience and over two decades of corporate leadership. Before founding Desert Roots Wellness, she served as a VP and COO overseeing a $5.2 million P&L, leading teams across sales, marketing, HR, finance, and operations — experience that gives her an uncommon ability to work with both the human and business dimensions of transformation.

In 2026, Samka co-founded Desert Roots Wellness alongside Tyler LaBarge, a coaching practice built on a simple conviction: that the biggest obstacles to growth are rarely external. The practice works with high achievers, executives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who are successful by external measures but privately exhausted — navigating burnout, people-pleasing, chronic indecision, and the quiet cost of living by everyone else's expectations.

Samka holds certifications in life coaching, NLP, neuroscience coaching, trauma healing, and Geo Love Healing — an energetic boundary practice she integrates into her work with clients. Her coaching approach is rooted in lived experience rather than theory, and every principle she teaches has been tested on herself first.
