Sabio Janiak bridges the worlds of art, vibrational science, and deep emotional realignment. A psycho-sensory specialist and human behaviourist, he specialises in trauma resolution by clearing maladaptive neural pathways tied to stress, anxiety, and past experiences. Using advanced techniques, including amygdala depotentiation (Havening Techniques®), clean language, cybernetics, brainwave modulation, and applied neuroscience, he helps the brain rewire its response to pain and stress, transforming emotional reactivity into calm, resilience, and clarity.

Over the past two decades, Sabio has worked in 88 countries as a musician, therapist, and wellness workshop facilitator, exploring the intricate connections between sound, art, the nervous system, and human behaviour. He is the founder of Mastering Harmony and creator of the Mastering Harmony Method, a non-invasive, content-free system that resets the body’s stress response without revisiting painful memories.
