MJ began her journey into nutrition with a strong foundation as a chef and baker, amassing over 20 years of experience in the culinary world. Her career has been shaped by the intense demands of the kitchen, where she spent 12 years competing internationally as a chef and over 20 years running a catering company, cooking school, and bakery. Beyond her work in the kitchen, MJ dedicated more than 15 years to teaching culinary and pastry arts, guiding both professional chefs and youth aspiring to enter the hospitality industry. Her deep understanding of food and nutrition is further evidenced by her expertise in recipe development, which has been featured in various publications.

Eight years ago, MJ made a life-changing decision with her family to move to the Mediterranean, where she pursued studies in diet and lifestyle medicine, ultimately qualifying in the UK. This pivotal shift led her to her current role as a Nutritional Therapist and Natural Nutrition Practitioner. Today, MJ focuses on educating busy individuals on the importance of balance in daily life, emphasizing nutrition, lifestyle, and breathwork. She does this through one-on-one clinical sessions and online group programs.

As a working woman, mom, wife, and daughter, MJ intimately understands the challenges of managing stress and the demands of life, particularly for midlife women. She is deeply committed to helping women regain control of their health and thrive, guiding them to live their best lives through practical, sustainable changes.
