My family has been plagued by divorce for generation after generation. When I came together with my husband 25 years ago, I started diving into the science behind thriving relationships that endure the test of time.
 
Let me tell you, the first decade of our relationship was ROUGH!! Our inner children ruled our world. My inner little girl ran wild with abandonment issues and his sweet little boy was reeling from loss, betrayal and isolation. However, we always used sex as a barometer for our relationship wellness. We knew if we weren’t BONKING we were in trouble.
 
After years of up-leveling ourselves and our relationship together, we became ‘that couple’ who friends and family looked to for inspiration. I was the go to person for advice in partnership, sex, parenting and interpersonal relationships.
 
Fast forward to today, as a trauma-informed somatic healer and VITA™ certified Love, Sex & Relationship Coach I help people release the wounds, the stories, the conditioning that we all carry and move into primal love and sexual empowerment. I’m here to help you...
