Marianna introduces fresh possibilities for career development. Throughout her HR career, she often encountered people who were unaware of their worth, approached selection processes unprepared, or worked under superiors who failed to recognize the true value of their team members. These experiences inspired her to bring traditional Chinese techniques into the world of HR and career development.
 
She combines her extensive experience in human resources with coaching and traditional Chinese techniques. Her favorite is the BAZI technique, which empowers her clients to activate their strengths, unlock their potential, and move forward in life.
 
BAZI, an ancient Chinese practice also known as the Four Pillars of Destiny, is a time-honored tool for profound self-discovery and uncovering one’s life path. Based on an individual’s exact birth date and time, it creates a unique personality profile that reveals insights about who we are, our true potential, and the challenges or opportunities that lie ahead on our journey.
 
Her guiding principle is beautifully captured in her motto: "Knowing oneself is the beginning of all wisdom."
