Lisa Gaines

Leadership Wellbeing Coach

Lisa Gaines is a leadership and wellbeing coach dedicated to supporting mid-life women leaders through transformative chapters in their work and lives. With over 15 years' experience, Lisa has empowered hundreds of clients, from executives and business owners, to healthcare professionals and emerging leaders, to reconnect with their strengths, overcome roadblocks or burnout, and step confidently into new possibilities.

Lisa’s passion for coaching was ignited by her own journey through leadership, personal reinvention, and the challenge of balancing ambition with wellbeing. Having navigated career pivots, health challenges, and the demands of running a business and leadership herself, Lisa brings deep empathy and lived wisdom to her work. She believes that mid-life is not a time of decline, but a powerful opportunity to reset, redefine success, embrace our authentic selves, and create lasting impact.

Drawing on her expertise in neuroscience and emotional intelligence, Lisa helps clients break through barriers, build resilience, and create sustainable growth. Her coaching is grounded in evidence-based practices, including emotional intelligence assessments, strengths-based development, and practical strategies for stress management and communication. Lisa’s nurturing, insightful, and practical approach creates a safe space for women to explore their values, rediscover their vision, and lead with clarity and courage.

Lisa offers a range of programs, from one-on-one executive coaching and team development programs to group programs designed specifically for women navigating mid-life transitions. Her signature “Grow” and “Thrive” coaching programs, as well as her group coaching program for women leaders “Thrive in Business,” have helped clients from all over the world move beyond overwhelm, break through their limitations, and lead with renewed purpose. Her clients appreciate her empathy, depth of presence, and unwavering commitment to their growth.

As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Lisa is also a coach trainer, mentor, and advocate for women in leadership. She regularly facilitates workshops and speaks on leadership development, and improving communication, psychological safety, and emotional intelligence in the workplace.

Lisa’s mission is to help mid-life women leaders step up, stand tall, and create success on their own terms, at work and in life. She is passionate about supporting women to lead with holistic intelligence, resilience, and joy, and to create sustainable success that honors both their ambition and wellbeing. Lisa has seen firsthand the positive impact on organisations when wise, empowered women are at the helm – everyone benefits.
