Kurt D. Bruckmann Sr. was born and raised in New Jersey U.S.A. He is an accomplished leader in business development with significant experience implementing growth with desired outcome in business and life solutions. Skilled in building leaders, growing high performance individuals and teams to drive innovation with value creation while maintaining optimal wellbeing with sustainable transition.

After attending the University of Delaware having studied English and Economics Kurt took a job on the trading floor of the Commodities Exchange in World Trade Center. The energy of thousands of people in the trading markets and its perpetual pace of change resonated with him. He found Bruckmann Trading Group which grew to become one of the top firms in the worlds precious metals market. As the internet community developed commodities was the first industry to be taken online in 2012.

In 2020 Kurt attained a Mastery in Core Energy Dynamics from iPEC, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching with concentrations in Leadership, Performance, Wellbeing and Transition. He is one of a few Masters in the world to have achieved these certifications. This allowed Kurt to deliver his vast knowledge with understanding to all businesses, athletes, individuals and teams in achieving the highest level of sustainable growth with desired outcome in all they do.

Kurt founded Contiuum Core Coaching in 2020.

His client base is broad having found tremendous success with all he works with. One of many testaments to Kurt's profound accomplishments with various groups from C level businesses, mid managers, entrepreneurs, athletes, individuals and teams was when he was called upon to deliver his Core Energy Dynamics Program to a NAHL (North American Hockey League) N.J. Titans In 2022. The leagues players range from 18 - 21 year olds looking to go to Divisionslonal 1 Colleges and or Professional.

The team adopted the delivery of the core energy program with empowering knowledge and understanding. They embraced with full energy the ability to transition from the "Me to the We to the Us." They went on in epic form to win their first ever National Title defeating Alaska in the final 3-1.

Their have been many more high powered success outcomes which provides a true testament to what the Core Energy Dynsmics Program delivers to all those who engage with it.
