To solve the puzzle of oneself, it is a must to cultivate habitually the process of thinking for oneself rather than relying on others to provide answers. Reach into your core and apply your understanding of the pieces of your energy flow.

Hands collaboratively hold puzzle pieces over a wooden floor, symbolizing teamwork and cooperation in a warm, well-lit setting.

Your life, much like a puzzle, is full of chaos, missing pieces, strange patterns, broken intentions, and goals, along with the occasional upside-down edge piece you swear was supposed to fit.

Outside influences are derailing you from maintaining focus. Your environment influences your behavior.

Your puzzle begins with the energy of scattered pieces of memories, relationships, dreams, and beliefs. Through trial and error, patience, and empowering energy, you slowly begin to fit them together.

Tools to apply in life

When you apply your core principles of energy with awareness, acceptance, validation, creating opportunity, with conscious choice, trusting your process, through your transition, into your transformation, the pieces to your puzzle will find their place. This creates your ability to connect with the appropriate pieces. To have them find their home. To make you whole.

There may be pieces that don't seem to belong at first, but with awareness, understanding, and acceptance, they come into place. Some that are hard to find just aren’t ready to come into the whole. Those pieces come in when you are in your zone and ready to fill.

Core energy to the rescue

Core energy can be understood as being like a puzzle. It is built on the idea of identifying and shifting a person's inner thoughts and beliefs to unlock their full potential. To deal with everyday stresses. To solve the root causes of your challenges. Finding the pieces to your puzzle to make you whole.

The puzzle often begins with hidden, negative beliefs picked up from family, society, and past experiences. These form the edges of the puzzle, defining your boundaries and limiting your possibilities.

With the belief that progress is possible and that you can improve your life through your actions by tapping your core energy, you find your power. It emphasizes your basic core effort and problem-solving to make things better. You find anabolic energy to help with your growth and consistent transformation.

Using your knowledge for power

You make it easier to deal with the outside influences. Realizing that success is in the moment. This happens by focusing on active participation in improving the present. This is where all the action is. This is your core piece where all other pieces join around your center to create your whole.

By continually keeping yourself aware and centered in each moment, the pieces to your puzzle, while processing, will come into the appropriate places to form your whole. All of which is backed by your core energy filling your zone to transition yourself into your flow.

As the pieces to your puzzle fill, so does your ability to find your strength to interact as you intend with the world around you. Though this process may take time, it instills who you are with full consciousness while executing your core energy with a successful outcome.

Stay empowered. Your pieces will come, and you will be whole again. “From impossible to I’m possible”
