“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence, it is to act with yesterday’s logic.” When difficult and turbulent times come into your life, it’s important to tap into your core energy to help guide you through creating resilience, recovery, and continued successful growth.

A man rows a wooden canoe through calm, foggy waters.

You find ways to identify your values and find ways to connect with your purpose in life. This can provide a sense of stability, empowerment, and direction during turbulent times.

Finding calm in chaotic times, as in the eye of the hurricane

By implementing various strategies, you can navigate turbulent times with greater resilience, manage stress effectively, and ultimately emerge stronger and more adaptable. This is your growth.

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing attention on what is happening in the present and accepting it without judgment.

This is often learned through centering your thoughts or meditation, a systematic method of regulating your attention by focusing on your breathing, a phrase, or an image, creating calm.

During centering or mindfulness meditation, you acknowledge distracting thoughts and sensations that may occur. Recognizing and accepting your feelings and thoughts opens the door to examining how they interact with the desired outcome.

Once you understand that, you can change negative patterns. You create opportunity. Here, you find empowering anabolic energy to work forward and build towards your intentions and goals.

By slowing down experiences and learning to focus on the here and now, you practice mindfulness and find that you are less likely to get caught up in worries about the future or regrets over the past.

The best way to predict the future is to create it from your core energy

Inner energy, also referred to as inner strength or resilience, plays a vital role in helping you navigate and overcome turbulent times. It acts as an inner resource that fosters adaptation, coping, and a sense of empowerment when facing adversity.

In essence, inner energy empowers you to not only endure turbulent times but to emerge stronger, wiser, and with a deeper sense of purpose and self-awareness.

Success posse

Inner strength enables individuals to build and nurture a strong network of supportive relationships. This network provides a safety net during difficult times, offering emotional support, different perspectives, and practical assistance.

Belief in your abilities to overcome challenges and achieve goals is a key aspect of inner strength. This confidence translates into greater determination and persistence when facing setbacks.

Instead of being overwhelmed by problems, with inner energy, you actively seek solutions and take a proactive approach. You are better equipped to break down challenges into manageable steps and develop effective strategies to address them.

Your core energy allows you to view challenges as opportunities for growth and learning, rather than insurmountable obstacles.

With strong inner strength, you can recognize emotional triggers and take steps to mitigate their impact, such as using relaxation techniques or reframing negative thoughts.

Inner strength is closely intertwined with resilience, which is the ability to bounce back from difficult experiences. It equips you with the mental and emotional resources needed to adapt to challenges and cope with stress.

“Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is rather than how you think it should be.”

Your core energy is your power, stay empowered
