Kristi McLeod

SubSoma Practitioner and Speaker

Kristi is a nervous system coach, subconscious practitioner, public speaker, Lead Facilitator in the Subconscious Imprinting Technique (SIT) Certification Program, and founder of SomaSkye Wellness — a space devoted to helping entrepreneurs, practitioners, and executives build real inner capacity for the lives they’re here to lead.

Her work centers on one thing: safety in the body. Because without that, no amount of strategy, mindset work, or leadership training will stick. Kristi integrates Subconscious Imprinting Technique (SIT), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), somatic healing, and nervous system coaching to help her clients regulate at the root, supporting sustainable clarity, emotional resilience, and embodied leadership.

She’s known for translating deep, complex healing work into something people can actually feel and apply. No fluff. No spiritual bypassing. No performative regulation. Just grounded, powerful transformation that begins in the body. Clients often say they finally understand nervous system work after experiencing it with her — not just in theory, but in their cells.

As a public speaker, Kristi brings this same clarity and embodied presence to stages, workshops, and conversations that demand more than surface-level insight. Her message is simple and powerful: you don’t have to hustle for safety, you can build it from within. She teaches audiences how to stop outsourcing safety and reclaim their nervous system as the foundation of leadership, creativity, and self-trust.

But none of this is just a profession for her — it’s a personal reclamation. After surviving years of shutdown, trauma, and disconnection from her body, Kristi never expected to live this long, let alone thrive. Today, she lives in devotion to showing others what’s possible when safety becomes the foundation — in business, in relationships, and in life.

She’s the creator of The Foundation, a monthly membership for leaders doing the inner work required to hold more, rise higher, and root deeper.

This isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering, building the foundation, and rising from there.
