Kirsty Marie is an energetic kinesiologist specialising in trauma, neurodivergence, sensitivity and high intensity parenting.
 
Kirsty began her professional life as an ecologist due to her love of the natural world and the interconnected web of life. Her healing journey began when she suffered with chronic health complaints in her 20s including debilitating pain, fatigue, anxiety and digestive symptoms. She regained her health through a combination of diet, herbs, yoga, meditation and energy work and began her kinesiology studies.
 
Cue plot twist! Despite feeling she was well prepared for conscious parenthood, the arrival of her two boys was the catalyst for a devastatingly beautiful vision quest of learning about neurodivergence and uncovering her own deeper layers of emotional healing.
 
Having walked through the fire, Kirsty gained deep compassion and insight... she now harnesses her sensitivity and holistic vision to guide others.
 
Diet matters! Supplements matter! Lifestyle and parenting matter! Accepting each individual exactly as they are matters! Brain integration and energetic flow matters! It all matters...

What sets Kirsty apart is that her approach is truly holistic, embracing all these aspects and more. She considers how each individual can live their best life transcendent of politics and diagnosis debates.

Her approach to kinesiology is especially powerful when it comes to accessing the maladaptive beliefs and trauma that get stored deep in the subconscious…keeping us stuck in patterns of surviving rather than thriving. Kirsty assists clients to tap into their own healing potential; we all have incredible ability to rebalance our brains and bodies and transmute emotional trauma whilst rediscovering the soul’s true purpose.

Kirsty’s energetic kinesiology sessions are available both in person and remotely. She loves to collaborate with other coaches and lightworkers and hosts a YouTube segment ‘Neurodiversity Controversy’.
