Kate Castro

A couple of years ago, Kate was writing songs of passion and life experience, singing in studios and performing on stages. At the exciting time of creativity and garnered accolades from piers and fans, her spiritual realm seemed to her, heightened. Although Kate’s self-development through years of discovery was evident, a surprise cancer diagnosis leaped her into a profound spiritual awakening by trusting the unknown.

Founder of SenseK8 LLC, Kate is using her experiences of adversity and healing to help guide others to embrace uncertainty and reach for enlightenment. Empowering others to discover their authentic human and soulful needs for a fulfilling life excites Kate to lead more people to explore and honor their own truths. Harnessing the power of thoughts and energy to expand one’s life positively is one of her areas of expertise. Being diagnosed with cancer in 2023 catapulted Kate’s devotion to living in a frequency of peace and authenticity. Enthusiastic about helping others succeed on their own journey through self-validation, she provides methods that enable a transformation process free from limiting beliefs.

When Kate isn’t singing or speaking, you can find her enjoying time with her family and friends. She walks and lifts weights to keep her healthy and loves to read. You can see her in the fall 2025 TV series “Women In Power” talking about the space she occupies “living in the evidence of possibilities.”
