A celebrated Creative Director turned soul architect, Hen’a built a dazzling career crafting boutique hotels and restaurants that graced magazine covers and left clients in awe. From the outside, she embodied success—her designs were breathtaking, her reputation impeccable, and her schedule filled with high-stakes projects. But behind the accolades lay a deeper truth.

“I realized I was performing for a world that didn’t see me, let alone care about my humanity,” she reflects. Beneath the polished surface of corporate achievement, Hen’a felt a growing dissonance. The relentless race for validation—applause, awards, promotions—had drained her creatively and emotionally. Her work, though outwardly stunning, began to feel hollow, disconnected from her heart.

Hen’a’s story reflects a cruel reality in today’s working culture: a system where humanity is undervalued, performance is over-prioritized, and vulnerability is seen as weakness. Drawing on the pain-pleasure principle—where every action seeks to increase pleasure and avoid pain—Hen’a uncovered an unsettling truth. Like so many, she had been conditioned to tolerate the pain of disconnection for the fleeting pleasure of external recognition. It was a cycle that no longer served her, and one she was determined to break.

So, she did what she does best: she redesigned. But this time, her canvas wasn’t a high-profile hotel or luxury restaurant—it was her own life. She stripped away the masks, stepped back from the noise, and turned inward. “I paused everything. I stopped performing and started listening—to myself,” she shares.

While continuing to work on boutique design projects, Hen’a went back to school, studying the interplay between human connection and physical spaces. Her search for deeper meaning led her to JSCS coaching school, where she uncovered the transformative truth: design isn’t just about creating spaces; it’s about understanding souls. She began with herself, learning that true transformation is an inside job.

After crafting Luxurious spaces for 18 years, she asked herself a simple question, what is true luxury? To her it is the art of creating space—for clarity, deep rest, deliberate movement, and quiet living—in a world overflowing with chaos.

Today, Hen’a is a true "interior" designer—one who bridges the gap between external beauty and internal alignment. As the founder of Hen’a.life, she uses her creativity with transformational coaching, empowering others to redesign their inner and outer worlds. Also as the principal of Stickman Tribe, London, she continues to craft globally celebrated hotels and restaurants, but her work now pulses with deeper intention. “Every space I design, every coaching session I lead, has one purpose: to align the outer world with the dreams of the inner self,” she says.

Hen’a’s philosophy is as bold as it is intuitive. Inspired by her Buddhist practice, she believes our environments are mirrors of our internal lives. Through her coaching and workshops, she takes this philosophy further, guiding individuals to redesign not just their spaces, but their very sense of being.
