There’s a quiet revolution unfolding in the world of design — and Hen’a Yadav is leading it with depth, grace, and imagination.

A creative turned inward, Hen’a has spent two decades designing for some of the world’s most respected hospitality groups, including Marriott International and IHG Hotels & Resorts. Her work spans continents, blending global sensibilities with a universal human need for belonging.

From the outside, her journey looked effortless — award-winning spaces, creative mastery, a thriving career. But beneath the surface lived a deeper truth. “I realised I was designing for the world’s eyes, not my own soul,” she says. She no longer wanted to create spaces that simply impressed; they had to move people.

This shift brought her to a profound insight: the architecture of a space and the architecture of the self-share the same foundation — truth.

At the same time, Hen’a became fascinated by the Ayurvedic concept of ama, the residue of what remains unprocessed. Emotional ama resonated most: the feelings we suppress, the truths we avoid, and the inner clutter that dims our clarity. She saw it everywhere — in creatives who felt blocked, leaders who felt disconnected, and high performers who had lost their spark. Just as stagnant energy affects a room, emotional ama disrupts the inner world.

So she redesigned her life.

Integrating her global design career with the study of human connection, she trained as a transformational coach through JSCS Coaching School. This fusion became Hen’a.life — her identity studio dedicated to transformation through the lens of design, consciousness, and emotional clarity.

“Design isn’t just what we see,” she says. “It’s what we sense. Every detail carries energy. When energy aligns with intention, spaces become mirrors for the soul.”

Today, Hen’a guides individuals, leaders, and creative teams to design from within. As Principal at Stickman Tribe, London, she continues elevating hospitality design with empathy, storytelling, and cultural authenticity. Her coaching and workshops help people clear emotional ama, reconnect to their inner architecture, and turn pressure into purpose.
