Therapist

Eileen Borski is the dedicated owner of Authentic Brain Solutions, where she offers innovative, brain-based mental health care. Holding an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Eileen is also a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Certified IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback Provider, with advanced training in trauma treatment and neuropsychotherapy.
 
Eileen’s approach integrates neurocounseling techniques, such as EMDR and neurofeedback, to address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, insomnia, and more. Her journey into mental health began after a successful career in corporate America, where she worked in leadership roles for major companies. Her shift to mental health was driven by a desire to help others achieve emotional and physical well-being through personalized, non-drug interventions.
 
At Authentic Brain Solutions, Eileen focuses on creating customized treatment options that cater to the unique needs of each client. She is passionate about helping individuals understand their emotions, overcome mental health challenges, and achieve peak performance in various aspects of life.
 
Eileen’s services are tailored to support clients across the lifespan, from addressing cognitive deficits following a stroke to improving impulse control and reducing brain fog. She aims to empower her clients to thrive by utilizing evidence-based treatments that promote lasting change.
