Dr. Stephanie Norris

Psych Candidate, LPC, LAC

Dr. Stephanie Norris is a Parental Responsibility Evaluator (PRE), reunification/reintegration therapist, expert witness, parenting time supervisor, and provider of autism, psychological, substance use, and neuropsychological evaluations. She is an experienced forensic therapist working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Forensic Psychology. She is also a psychologist candidate, licensed professional counselor, and licensed addiction counselor.
 
Dr. Norris's areas of expertise include the effects of divorce on families, coparenting and conflict resolution, effective parenting practices, and children’s developmental needs. She also has experience working with children with special needs, stepfamilies, adult and child psychopathology, and personality disorders. Additional areas of focus include intimate partner violence/domestic violence and child abuse, substance use within families, parent alienating behaviors, and relocation. She works with never-married parents and addresses cultural, ethnic, and religious issues within families, as well as strained parent-child relationships, including resist/refuse dynamics. Dr. Norris also provides psychological testing and assessment services.
