Daniele Forni is an executive coach for non-standard and neurodivergent leaders, helping ambitious professionals build careers and leadership styles that work with their brain, not against it. Based in Hong Kong and working with clients across Asia and Europe, Daniele brings a rare combination of corporate rigour, academic depth, and lived neurodivergent experience to every engagement.

Before founding his practice, Daniele spent fifteen years as a Director in global banking and risk management, operating across Europe and Asia. That corporate career gave him a front-row seat to how organisations misuse talent, and ultimately inspired him to help leaders identify and leverage their own Spiky Profile: the uncommon combination of strengths that makes them irreplaceable rather than merely well-rounded.

Daniele is the founder of The Human Spikes Labs, a coaching and technology company that offers a suite of AI-powered tools, assessments, and audits designed to help leaders grow their executive presence, career resilience, and self-awareness. He is also the author of books on leadership, management, neurodiversity and meditation, and he studied at the University of Cambridge and Warwick, among others.

Himself diagnosed as AuADHD (autistic and ADHD), Daniele brings both professional expertise and personal insight to his work with neurodivergent clients. His newsletter, Spikes by The Data Shaman, reaches over 1,200 subscribers weekly, blending evidence-based leadership strategy with the kind of candour rarely found in professional development circles.
