Blue Minds is a South Florida-based company, founded in 2014 to meet a growing community need for high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services delivered in natural, meaningful settings. From its inception, Blue Minds has embraced a holistic, family-centered model that actively involves parents, grandparents, teachers, and other professionals in each child's learning journey. By integrating therapy into real-life environments and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, Blue Minds helps children build independence while empowering caregivers with the knowledge and confidence to support growth at home and beyond.
Rooted in the scientific principles of ABA, the Blue Minds team focuses on identifying each child's strengths and creating individualized learning opportunities that are playful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. The organization's philosophy centers on compassionate care—grounded in respect, cultural sensitivity, and guilt-free discipline practices that honor the dignity of every child and family.
Over the years, Blue Minds has earned multiple awards and recognitions for its leadership in inclusion, advocacy, and innovative service delivery, including honors from Biz Tech Outlook, Healthcare Business Review, Autism Speaks, and The Best of Pembroke Pines Hall of Fame. Today, Blue Minds continues to expand its impact nationwide, with a vision where every child's potential is nurtured and every caregiver feels supported, informed, and empowered.
In addition to providing high-quality ABA services, the company offers comprehensive education programs for ABA professionals, including an innovative ESL for RBTs program designed to strengthen communication skills for non-native English speakers. Blue Minds also provides consulting and evaluation services through secure Telehealth technology, increasing access to expert guidance for families and professionals across the country.
