As the founder of Strive Law Firm, she helps individuals navigate major life transitions, from prenuptial agreements to divorce settlements and litigation. Known as The Prenup Girl, Carlie authored The Prenup Girl’s Guide to a Successful Marriage, a fun yet practical resource for couples looking to build a strong financial foundation before saying “I do.”
 
Beyond her legal practice, Carlie is deeply committed to education and mentorship. She serves as a supervising attorney for Campbell Law School’s Pro Bono Family Law Clinic, where she mentors law students while providing critical legal services to underserved communities. She is also the founder and Executive Director of Strive 4 Success, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching practical personal and professional development skills, equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed in life and business.
 
Carlie’s passion for community impact extends even further—she currently serves as vice President of Capital City Clauses, a nonprofit supporting local children’s charities through fundraising and community engagement. Her commitment to empowering future generations also inspired her to author a children’s book on perseverance, Successful Suzie, helping young readers understand resilience and determination in an approachable and meaningful way.
