She coaches top leaders nationwide and is a source of inspiration to equip others to realize their purpose, find their voice and unlock their unlimited potential. Candice has deep love and respect for horses and raises awareness of the gifts they have to give outside of being ridden. Candice founded the non-profit organization Journey with Equus in 2015. Journey with Equus is an organization that rescues horses that would otherwise be euthanized or slaughtered. Instead, these beautiful animals are rehabilitated and are partnered with humans to help them heal trauma, grow leadership, and rediscover themselves through equine-facilitated health and wellness programs.

Candice knows the importance of continual personal development & is constantly learning and pushing herself to be the best version of herself to help others commit to their personal growth goals.
She has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry as a producer, leader, coach, and speaker.


Candice is an Independent John Maxwell Speaker, Leadership Coach & Teacher, a Certified Equine Gestalt Equine Practitioner, a student of Max Stroms Breathe to Heal and Qi Gong through Michael Winn’s Healing Tao USA.

Candice leads her life by example, even through challenges and hard times, she is an example of what is possible when one has faith, determination, and a commitment to taking action.

When Candice isn’t speaking, writing, or coaching, she spends her time with her son, ballroom dancing, hiking, traveling, or simply chilling with the myriad of animals that make up her ranch in Elizabeth Colorado.
