Anastasia Schenk
Pediatric Feeding Specialist/Integrative Nutrition
Anastasia Schenk is a Pediatric Feeding Specialist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a mission to help families build lifelong health through better nutrition from the very beginning. She specializes in early childhood nutrition, starting solids, picky eating, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and gut health, guiding families from baby’s first bite to young adulthood.
Her approach blends evidence-based science with hands-on, real-life experience. After reversing her own autoimmune condition through functional nutrition, Anastasia developed a deep appreciation for the power of early intervention, microbiome support, and personalized, food-first strategies. As a mother of two, she brings both clinical insight and compassionate practicality to every program and family she supports.
Anastasia is the founder of Early Eaters Club, a growing ecosystem focused on pediatric nutrition and family longevity. Through her work, she supports children in building strong immune systems, reducing chronic inflammation, and preventing issues like eczema, allergies, and food-related anxiety. Her methods focus on creating healthy eating habits, exposing kids to real food, and empowering parents with the tools and confidence to raise adventurous eaters.
She is also writing a book on childhood nutrition and family longevity, aiming to make complex science accessible and actionable for today’s parents. In addition to her coaching practice, Anastasia collaborates with leading pediatric and women’s health experts to expand access to preventative, nutrition-led care.
