  • Vanda Venta, Transformational Coach and Chronic Pain Specialist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Vanda started her career as a Sports Therapist nearly 2 decades ago after suffering from chronic back pain for 13 years after a horse riding accident. In and out of various healthcare professionals and doctors surgeries and on and off prescription medications, she made a full and complete recovery after being introduced to the world of Neuroplasticity and Modern Pain Science practices. She immediately set about learning more about the power of the brain and has continuously developed her knowledge with both musculoskeletal function and neuroplasticity.   In 2021 her world was turned upside down when she suffered from a Spontaneous Cerebral Spinal Fluid Leak, a rare condition in which a tear in the spinal membrane causes the protective fluid within the skull to leak and the brain to slump. This creates a number of severe and totally debilitating symptoms every time an upright position is assumed and at the start, Vanda was essentially bed bound and had to crawl around her home and eat her food off the floor, just to keep her head down and the fluid in her skull.   She lived with this condition for 2 years before having spinal surgery with metalwork screwed to her spinal column to resolve the issue. When the surgeon saw the size of the tear, the largest he had ever seen, he was stunned she was able to even sit up, let alone stand, walk, work and function relatively normally.   Vanda was able to achieve this 'medical miracle' by using the principles she now teaches others as part of her groundbreaking course, Magic Mind, Miracle Body and her experience with Chronic Pain as well as acute post surgical pain has ignited a deeply profound passion to help the millions of people whose lives are totally dictated by pain and the frustration, anxiety and depression that long term pain causes. • Shahrzad Jalali, PsyD, Psychologist, Author, Founder & Executive Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Dr. Shahrzad Jalali is a clinical psychologist, executive coach, author, and founder of Dr. Jalali & Associates, a trauma-informed psychotherapy practice, and Align Remedy, a platform for integrative healing, coaching, and education. With over a decade of clinical experience, she blends depth psychology, nervous system science, and soulful insight to help individuals access lasting emotional and psychological transformation. Her work is rooted in the understanding that both the body and psyche hold deep wisdom—and that healing begins when we learn to listen. Rather than pathologizing symptoms like anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, or chronic dysregulation, she teaches clients to approach these experiences as signals from an intelligent system. By decoding internal patterns—such as stress responses, attachment styles, and emotional defenses—Dr. Jalali helps clients understand what their symptoms are trying to communicate. From this place of curiosity and compassion, they learn to regulate from within, re-author their inner narrative, and return to a life that feels aligned and whole. She is the author of The Fire That Makes Us, a book about turning trauma into strength and reclaiming your story with clarity and courage. Her signature course, Regulate to Rise, offers a somatic and psychological framework for healing emotional dysregulation, building nervous system resilience, and fostering grounded self-leadership. Dr. Jalali works with high-performing yet emotionally exhausted individuals who are ready to shift from survival to inner stability and expansion. As a speaker and educator, she teaches on trauma-informed leadership, identity, boundaries, and the wisdom of the body. Her mission is to help people read their systems, relearn their rhythm, and rise—more integrated, more resilient, and more rooted in who they truly are. • Katherine Vilnrotter, Wellness Practitioner, Entrepreneur, and Author, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Katherine Vilnrotter, of The Love Cure, is a mental and emotional wellness practitioner, entrepreneur, and author. After surviving a life shattering sexual assault while serving in the Peace Corps, Katherine spent the next 11 years healing her brain, body and energy system. When the mental health system in the US was convinced that she would always have PTSD, she wasn’t. Suffering through almost 5 years of full-blown PTSD, searching for answers and learning about what she was experiencing, she finally found the Human Givens approach. After 1 Human Givens rewind session, she could feel something shift in her brain and over the following months, she witnessed her world expand in ways she never thought possible. Now a Human Givens practitioner herself (and fully PTSD free and thriving), Katherine continues to further her healing in new and deeper ways, exploring and discovering new healing tools. Katherine is passionate about sharing the healing tools that helped her heal herself and guide her clients through their own healing journey. Her two main practices are the Human Givens approach and energy harmonizing (a modality she developed using energetic and vibrational tools such as BioGeometry, sound, meditation and brain/body connection). Through Katherine’s continued education and self-healing, she is uniquely equipped to meet clients where they are, and guide them through their own healing. As host of The Kreactivators Podcast, she talks to professionals from the arts, business world, and academia while offering her own insights on how creativity factors into solving human issues. Love for her family is what motivates Kathleen the most having raised 5 children with disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and schizophrenia, while self-identifying as neurodivergent. 3 of her children are also in the LGBTQIA+ community. She pays homage to her parents from Grenada, W.I. in the Caribbean in everything she does. • Anthony Rummery, Instructor, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

I am an Aboriginal man of the Anaiwan nation of Australia. I took up martial arts from the age of 9, which quickly became a passion. Being in Regional Australia, it was difficult to continue martial training with instructors long term. I started weght training from 12 years of age at my local high school, and was able to integrate martial and weight training with Goji Kai from the age of 16. Since then, I moved several times, experienced other systems, and trained under several high-ranking martial artists both locally and internationally. I have also comperted in tournament at the Australian and Australasian levels. I have spent years working on my body and mind, and in 2024 earned my Black Belt in the Ken Sei Shoto Ryu style, based in Port Macquarie NSW. I have learned much with academic recognition, yet remain a perpetual student through dedicated self-directed learning. My focus is on applying academic principles through martial training, in ways that students can easily understand and apply for themselves...and make it fun along the way! Some of my qualifications and achievements are: 2010 - Bachelor of Arts (Chinese) 2011 - Diploma of Management 2012 - Master of Arts (Chinese) 2013 - (Master of Teaching (Secondary)   Noted tournament achievements: 2005 - Gold: Intermediate point sparring, GKR Australaisian tournament 2025 - Gold - Advanced Veterans point sparring, AMAC regional tournament 2025 - Silver - Advanced point sparring, AMAC regional tournament 2025 - Silver - Advanced Veterans kata, AMAC regional tournament   Anthony Rummery Executive Contributor Instructor Executive Contributors at Brainz Magazine are handpicked and invited to contribute because of their knowledge and valuable insight within their area of expertise.
