  • Kellie Sheldon, Kellie Sheldon Trauma and Sex Counsellor, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Kellie Sheldon is dedicated to restoring voices and rebuilding lives. Specialising in complex and childhood trauma, as well as sexuality and sex, she brings expertise and compassion to her practice. As an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner, clinical counsellor and psychotherapist, Kellie uses the power of connection to achieve life-changing results.   Her approach goes beyond traditional therapy, creating a safe space where individuals can reclaim their stories and build a future defined by strength and resilience. Kellie noticed a lack of direct and open wording within the mental health field, which often encases shame and stigma around trauma and sex. This observation drives her to be bold and open in her practice.   By addressing these issues head-on, Kellie aims to create a space where individuals can confront and heal from their past experiences without fear of judgment. Her approach not only fosters healing but also empowers clients to reclaim their narratives and build lives of resilience and fulfillment. Through her work, Kellie Sheldon invites others to join her in breaking the silence and promoting a more honest and compassionate understanding of trauma and sexuality. • Nansia Movidi, Hypnotherapist | Relationship Specialist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Nansia Movidi is a relationship specialist, hypnotherapist, and holistic practitioner who helps individuals change their relational patterns by reprogramming the subconscious foundations that shape attachment, emotional regulation, and connection. Her work centers on presence, nervous system safety, and secure relating. Nansia explores how early attachment experiences, modern conditioning, and unintegrated emotional responses influence the way people love, often leading them to mistake intensity for depth or inconsistency for chemistry. Through this lens, she brings clarity to what healthy relationships actually feel like: grounded, attuned, emotionally safe, quietly powerful. Using transformative hypnotherapy, Nansia guides clients in breaking free from cycles of attracting emotionally unavailable partners, repeating familiar dynamics, abandoning themselves in relationships. Rather than focusing solely on behavior change, her approach addresses the subconscious narratives and emotional imprints that keep these patterns alive. Blending psychological insight with somatic awareness and subconscious reprogramming, her work supports clients in restoring internal safety, strengthening self-trust, and developing secure, embodied ways of relating. The result is not performative healing, but a felt shift toward clarity, stability, and discernment in love. Through both her client work and writing, Nansia offers language for experiences many people feel but struggle to articulate. Her voice is warm, grounded, discerning, bridging depth with accessibility and insight with compassion. At its core, Nansia’s work is about helping people return to presence so connection becomes a place of safety rather than survival, choice rather than repetition, depth without emotional volatility. DO I QUALIFY? Kimberlee Herman Clinical Pastoral Counselor Kimberlee Herman, MSW, LCPC, is a best-selling author, seasoned Christian counselor, and now, delightfully, a podcaster. With over 22 years of experience in the counseling field, Kimberlee has spent her life helping people navigate the ups, downs, and in-betweens of life with grace and faith. Her heart beats for healing, and her deep-rooted belief is this: no one should walk through life’s challenges feeling unseen or alone. After 12 years as a licensed therapist, Kimberlee had a powerful, life-changing encounter with Jesus that shifted everything. She transitioned into licensed clinical pastoral counseling and began weaving faith more intentionally into her work. She now blends traditional psychological tools with listening prayer, offering a unique approach to soul care that nurtures both the heart and spirit. She’s written four books (so far!) including the best-selling Women of the Bible and a set of Christian counseling books designed to bridge the gaps between sessions. She also co-wrote Wise Parenting: Guidelines from the Book of Proverbs, bringing insight into discipline. Now, Kimberlee is stepping into a new adventure: podcasting. Her show, Promise Hill - https://www.redeemedhopeaz.com/podcast, is more than just a podcast, it’s a heartfelt invitation to climb the hill of life together. She’s blending immersive storytelling, takeaways, action steps, and prayer. It’s part fictional journey, part faith-based encouragement, and all heart. So, whether you’re knee-deep in a hard season or simply craving a moment of entertainment and perspective, tune in to Promise Hill wherever you get your podcasts. Kimberlee’s there, cheering you on, pointing you to hope, and gently reminding you: it’s just different here. • Nadia Tamara Lee, Psychodermatology Educator & Skin Health Expert, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Nadia Tamara Lee is a Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, and Psychodermatology Educator based in Canada, serving clients and professionals worldwide. With over 24 years of experience in holistic skin health and beauty, she has helped more than 5,000 individuals heal from chronic skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, premature aging, and hyperpigmentation through her integrative mind–skin–body approach. Her journey began in aesthetics and evolved into the study of Ayurveda, mindfulness, and holistic dermatology — disciplines that allowed her to see the skin not just as a surface organ, but as a reflection of emotional, psychological, and nutritional balance. After building a luxury holistic skincare brand that was featured in Vanity Fair, Glamour, and Vogue, Nadia faced a life-changing chapter — the closure of her business during the pandemic and a personal battle with cancer, twice. These experiences deepened her commitment to understanding the connection between stress, trauma, and skin health, ultimately leading her to specialize in psychodermatology — the science of how the mind and emotions influence skin function and healing. Today, Nadia bridges science and soul through her groundbreaking app, SKIND, a first-of-its-kind platform that helps individuals heal their skin from within through guided visualizations, affirmations, educational articles, nutrition guidance, and personalized assessments for skin type, body type, and stress type. She also educates professionals globally through her Psychodermatology Certification eCourse, empowering practitioners to integrate holistic and psychological principles into their practices. Nadia’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that true radiance begins with inner harmony. Her mission is to redefine skincare by merging psychology, mindfulness, nutrition, and spiritual wellness — guiding others from stress to skin peace, and from surface care to soul care.
