- Andrés Galindo Gómez, Neurosomatic Coach & Spiritual Teacher, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Andrés Galindo Gómez is a Netherlands-based Neurosomatic Coach, spiritual teacher, and founder of the Andres Galindo online learning platform. Born in 1992, in a privileged Spanish-Mexican catholic family in Xalapa, Mexico, Andrés was raised in a household where science and art met: his mother, a painter and dancer; his father, a biologist and scientist. This unique combination of holistic and empirical perspectives laid the foundation for his lifelong curiosity about human potential, consciousness, and embodied spirituality. As a teenager, Andrés was deeply inspired by spiritual and philosophical figures and texts—notably Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse, The Art of Loving by Erich Fromm, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche, the life of Henry David Thoreau who sought solitude in nature as a rejection of industrial society, as well as the revolutionary spirit of Ernesto Che Guevara. These influences sparked his desire to live a contemplative, purpose-driven life aligned with truth and transformation. At the age of 18, after completing high school, he set out to explore the world, living and backpacking across South America, engaging with Indigenous communities, doing theater, music, and handicrafts. This transformative period inspired a deep paradigm shift in his worldview. In 2011, he formally embraced monastic life as a brahmacari (Vedic monk), dedicating himself to the Krishna Bhakti tradition and its devotional disciplines across Argentina, Brazil, India, and Austria. Over the next ten years, Andrés immersed himself in Sanskrit scriptures such as the Bhagavad-Gītā, various Upanishads, and the Puranas. He also earned certifications in yoga, meditation, Vedic astrology (Jyotish), Ayurveda, and coaching. His spiritual path, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership qualities led him to found his own studio, Vedanta Yoga House, in Buenos Aires and serve as a 'temple president', directing retreats, teacher trainings, and community-based spiritual programs. In 2019, Andrés moved to Austria during the COVID lockdowns and co-founded a small ashram in the forests of Köflach at the foothills of the Alps. In 2021, he transitioned out of monastic life, driven by a call for authenticity, broader education, and global impact. He began his academic journey at SOAS University of London and completed a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences at Maharishi International University (U.S.A). Over the years, he has pursued further training in Emotional Systemic Integration, Family Constellations, and TRE® (Trauma and Tension Release Exercises). In 2023, Andrés settled in the Netherlands, launched his coaching business, and began offering workshops in some of Amsterdam's most respected yoga studios. His online Meditation Teacher Training has been well-reviewed and highly regarded since he blends Vedic Spirituality with modern Neuroscience. He also delivers corporate wellness programs in Nervous System Recovery, Burnout Prevention, and Stress Management for organizations in the Netherlands and Mexico. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Spirituality and Religion at the University of Amsterdam (UvA). A world traveler, lifelong learner, and rooted spiritual guide, Andrés blends scientific insight with intuitive depth. He is a seeker of authentic spirituality, free from dogma and sectarianism, and teaches his students to tap into their inner resources to find balance, clarity, and personal power in an ever-changing world. - Cindy Witteman, Founder/CEO/Editor-in-Chief, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Cindy Witteman’s journey is not just one of success, it’s a story of survival, hope, and unstoppable purpose. She grew up watching her single mother struggle to make ends meet, often without reliable transportation and at times without basic needs. As a little girl, she saw firsthand how something as simple as not having a car could make life infinitely harder. Later, as an adult, Cindy found herself facing unimaginable challenges of her own. Escaping domestic violence and stepping into single motherhood, she carried the weight of raising her daughters while trying to rebuild her life from the ground up. These deeply personal experiences didn’t break her, they built her. They became the fuel behind her purpose. Once she found her footing, Cindy made a promise to herself: if she could rise from her hardships, she would dedicate her life to lifting others up too. That promise became Driving Single Parents Inc., the nonprofit she founded in 2017, to help single parents receive reliable transportation, not just a car, but a chance at freedom, stability, and a future full of possibilities. For Cindy, every vehicle is more than a set of keys. It’s an opportunity for a parent to get to school, secure a better job, and create a new life for their family. Cindy’s passion for helping others shines through in everything she does. She is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of FORCE Magazine, a platform that amplifies inspiring voices and meaningful stories from around the world. The magazine has been a best-seller for every edition released. She’s also the heart behind Little Give TV Show, where she shares real stories of kindness and people making a difference, proving that even small acts can spark big change. A different nonprofit is highlighted in every episode of the show, allowing viewers to see firsthand how transformative support and giving can be. Writing has always been a driving force for Cindy, and she’s also a five-time best-selling author and a nominee for Author of the Year for her raw and inspiring book Beyond the Smile: Bruised Not Broken. Through her writing, she opens her heart to readers, showing them that it’s possible to rise after the hardest falls. Her work hasn’t gone unnoticed. Cindy is honored to have received the Trailblazer Award and two International Impact Book Awards, but what matters most to her isn’t the recognition, it’s the lives that are changed because of it. Her curiosity and desire to dig deeper into life’s big questions led to her thought-provoking podcast, Is Manifesting Bullshit?. The podcast was inspired by a book she co-authored with her two eldest daughters. It challenges listeners to rethink what’s possible, get curious about their mindset, and embrace the idea of seeing things differently. Cindy also brought in four additional authors from around the world to co-author Is Manifesting Bullshit? Part 2: The Limit is YOU, diving even deeper into the power of mindset and transformation. At the core of everything Cindy does is her family. She is a proud mom, stepmom, and Nonna to her big, beautiful, blended family. Her six children and five grandchildren keep her grounded, joyful, and inspired to keep going, no matter the obstacles. They are her “why.” The laughter, the lessons, and the love they share remind her every day that success isn’t just about professional milestones, it’s about creating memories, being present, and leaving a legacy of kindness and courage. If there’s one thing Cindy hopes to leave behind, it’s this: never underestimate the power of a small act of kindness, or as she calls it, a “little give.” Because those little gives can create ripples of change that stretch far beyond what we can see, and they just might change the world.
